Mashallah, Syed and Salman did an amazing job fixing my TV in just one day. They were very professional, respectful, honest, and kind. Everything was repaired quickly and perfectly. I really appreciate their hard work and excellent service. Very good people and highly recommended. Thank you so much!

We recently had Samsung technicians Seyed and Salman come over to set up our new TV, as we initially thought there might be a technical issue. Seyed is extremely experienced, patient, and detail-oriented. He tested the TV thoroughly in several different ways and eventually identified the root of the problem with great precision. Throughout the visit, he also gave me very clear and helpful guidance about Samsung services, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to his professionalism and knowledge, I felt completely comfortable entrusting him with the repair of our other TV as well. Both Seyed and Salman were polite, professional, and reassuring. A genuinely excellent service experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Samsung’s service team. The technician, Salman, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. He quickly identified the issue with my TV and ensured it was fixed within just 3 days, which was much faster than I expected. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free, and I really appreciated the clear communication and efficiency. Thank you, Salman, and the Samsung team for the excellent service!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Salman from OMSR Electronics when he repaired our BenQ interactive TV screen. Even during these extremely challenging times marked by heightened U.S.–Iran regional tensions and conflict, where logistics and deliveries are being disrupted across the region, Salman stayed committed and urged to deliver the machine and complete the repair without delay. His technical expertise, professionalism, and dedication were truly impressive, he diagnosed the issue accurately, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Despite the hard circumstances affecting supply chains and travel, Salman went above and beyond to ensure we received excellent service. We highly recommend Salman at OMSR Electronics for any tech support or screen repair. Exceptional service and dedication!

They fixed my Samsung 65" TV. The delivery guys were quick, friendly and polite. The service and the process was good, quick and clear. I particularly liked how they informed me what they fixing entailed, the cost, and the alternatives before proceeding so I could make an informed decision.
