I recently visited Cobbler to have my sneakers cleaned and soles repaired, and I’m really impressed! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The staff were friendly and took time to explain the services they offered. They handled my shoes with care, and the final result looked better than I expected — my shoes looked almost brand new! The turnaround time was fast, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work. I especially appreciated how detailed they were with the stain removal and polishing. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends and family.

The leather at the heels of my cycling shoes ripped along the stitching, so I took them in for repair to the DIFC branch. They reinforced the heel and did an amazing job — they look better than new! The staff was super kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

My experience with this company was extremely bad. The after-sales service is terrible. They are very friendly before the sale, but once they have your money, the level of service drops dramatically. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid dealing with them or any of their branches in the UAE
