Fixperts Shop Mall of Emirates

Outstanding Service from Imran and Rachell! I had an amazing experience at Fixperts in Emirates Mall thanks to kristine Imran and Rachell. Both were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. It's rare to come across such warm and attentive customer service. Highly recommended!

Excellent personalised service! I had to do a very delicate engraving and it was handled to perfection! Mossa was had great insight and advice and made sure the project came out amazing! Not to mention super quick!

Moosa was able to do a last minute order for a birthday present that juat came to the head of my son last minute. He printed and had the shirt ready in less than an hour, excellent quality and price too. I highly recommend this place for your engraving and printing stuff.

They fixed my glasses when everybody else said they couldn’t do it. They didn’t charge anything for it too. I was so unhappy the entire day but they made everything better. Thank you so much!

I've made lazer engraving on leather with the Fixperts team. Great quality. BEST price vs other outlets in the mall. Very nice people. Just 1 minutes walk from the mall entrance. And the entire process took just 10 minutes. Highly recommended.👍

Absolutely blown away by the incredible service! The staff went above and beyond to bring our unique idea to life, even though it wasn’t something they typically offer. Their creativity, flexibility, and willingness to think outside the box truly impressed us. We deeply appreciate the effort and care they put into making sure we got exactly what we envisioned. This definitely won’t be our last visit — highly recommended!

Amazing place!! 🙌 Got my glasses fixed by Ramesh and passport photos taken all in one go! This place is a total lifesaver. Fast, super convenient, and great customer service.
