Minutes - City Centre Mirdif

Took my sandals to minutes at Mirdiff City Center to get them resoled and they did an amazing job. Mohdsin Ali was very helpful and patient. He helped me find the best solution to fix my sandals. I am very happy with the results

Rizwan noor was amazing. My samsung phone died and i was told it could not be fixed. I brought it to minutes and they were able to repair in a few hours. RIZWAN went above and beyond. He fixed the phone and transferred the data to my new phone. I wanted to give him a tip i was so grateful but it was not possible. So i am writing this post instead. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

Was basically running here and there to print some important documents; nothing, nowhere unfortunately coming from other side of Cinema side; shout-out to brother ASHRAF he listens to what the customer needs before speaking out for upselling other services,. He talks very respectful and professional,. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ are for you brother! I’ve been in other Minutes branches and I didn’t get this kind of treatment and service - unfortunately they were Filipino ladies!

Had a great experience at Minutes DCC! Paboda was very friendly, helpful, and professional. She handled my request quickly and made sure everything was done perfectly. Excellent customer service — thank you, Paboda!

I visited their shop at Mirdef City Center with 3 pocket watches for inspection, cleaning, and 2 battery replacements with 2 newer ones to be engraved with names. One of these pocket watches was a very old Swiss made watch in the year 1896 by Raskopf that was used by my grandfather in the early 20th century. He gifted it to my father who in turn handed it over to me in the late 1980s. (The priceless Raskopf pocket watch was taken to ‘Minutes’ workshop for inspection and reporting back on what needs to be done). I Picked up and liked the names engraving work… thank you! The only problem I had was with ’Minutes’ price for replacing two 🔋batteries🔋 was very, very, 💸exorbitant💸 indeed!!! (Check the attached yellow bill photo and pricing of these Renata batteries: UAD185.00 & UAD70.00) Hence the 2-star rating reflected on my review of your shop. I wonder if previous ‘Minutes’ clients think that battery replacement pricing practice was normal, or otherwise? I truly felt that it was exaggerated by a factor of at least 3X! I invite other clients to join the discussion if my concerns are accurate or mistaken. Thanks to all. [Photos of items worked on & engraved as well as battery replacements are now added]

I had such a great experience with Five Minutes! They restored and refreshed my leather bag, and honestly — I didn’t expect such an amazing result. The work was done so neatly and professionally — the bag looks fresh and presentable again. You can really see the attention to detail. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely be coming back again. The team was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
