Worst experience everytime I go to Accuro catering in University Hospital Sharjah, it isn't about the money but every time I have food from there my stomach is upset many times there's too much salt in all the foods I don't know how these people still survive by serving these kind of food.i would never have food from Accuro caterer again in my life

I have 2 family members with positive cases doing home quarantine. Food delivery was not consistent and always late. Today I received the breakfast, lunch and dinner meals at 530pm. Not sure if the food is still safe to eat as it was not kept cool. Also saw the delivery guy throw away some food. Such a waste of food and effort that the Government is spending money on. Hope SEHA is aware and rectify the issue.

When my 75 year old mother got COVID positive, the only service I received from DOH was the food service. Not only did they provide food from the very first day, they also listened to all my concerns regarding the food and delivered it specially according to my mother’s needs. I was contacted by one of their employees, Nazrin Hafiz as soon as I complained regarding services that were supposed to be given by SEHA but no-one contacted me except the food service and continued to be the only service provided during the whole period . The food service was incredible, They listened to the customer’s complaints and concerns and tried to solve the problem as much as possible till the end. Very happy with the food services and congratulations to the company for having Nazrin Hafiz as a wonderful employee, who took her time to listen and comply to my requests and even contacted me directly to ease me in these difficult times.

If someone is going to this place better be ready to get worst treatment with 0 help or service even as a customer or a worker please dont go

Very poor accomodation and other facilities for the staff ... They don't issue any medical card...if anything happen then u hv to pay the whole bill of medical nd no increment here ... Many person working more than 12 hours...u don't get leave in every week nd very rude they are ... Pls don't come here ... If u want alive
