Absolutely terrible experience. I specifically instructed that the chicken biryani be delivered in G-pans so it could be served to my guests properly, but instead it arrived in one big pot. That alone was frustrating, but it got much worse. The bottom portion of the biryani was completely burnt. Whoever transferred it to the G-pans clearly saw this and still chose to scrape the burnt layer and mix it into the rest of the rice. As a result, most of the chicken pieces at the bottom were badly burnt, leaving very little edible chicken. On top of that, the rice quality was extremely poor and didn’t resemble basmati at all — no aroma, no proper texture, just cheap rice. The dry fruit halwa was even more disappointing. The cashews in it were mouldy. The moment I opened the container, I could clearly see they were not edible and had to throw the entire thing away. That was a complete waste of money. I shared photos and videos with the person I ordered from and complained immediately, but there was zero response. No apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, nothing. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when food quality and hygiene are compromised. Very unprofessional, careless, and honestly shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from here. I will definitely not be ordering again.

We ordered 2 thaal from them. The quantity of biryani was so less that we could serve only one plate in thaal. And over and above this, all the people had food poisoning next day. And then instead of apologizing , they argued that you might have consumed something else and it cannot be because of us. Would never think of ordering from them again.

The food quality was poor, and some guests even felt sick after eating it. We would not recommend ordering food from there to anyone.

They served stale food. There were 20 of us who got food poisoning after consuming their meal. First time that I had such a bad experience in the UAE.

We ordered 3 thaals for our event, but the quantity provided was nowhere near what was promised. The salad got over halfway through the dinner, leaving guests without it, and the biryani portion was shockingly less for 3 thaals. This was extremely disappointing and caused embarrassment in front of our guests. When customers pay for a certain quantity, it is expected to be fulfilled in full — not cut short. Such service is unacceptable, and we will think twice before ordering again unless there’s a serious improvement in quantity and commitment.

Amazing food ordered twice at home for 2 thaal vardi and 2nd time bakra thal. Great taste and quantity is also sufficient.

U will find lazeez in their name only.. their food and quantity was UNlazeez..worst experience.
