Swiss Butter - Sofitel Downtown

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and fun. They took the time to explain their simple and well-organized menu since it was our first visit, which made ordering easy and enjoyable. We ordered the mixed chicken and beef steak with baked potatoes, and I also added a salmon steak so I could try all the protein options. Every dish was delicious, well-cooked, and full of flavor. It’s clear they maintain consistent quality across their menu. Despite being very busy, the restaurant was spotless and well maintained. Our food was served within a reasonable time, and the service remained attentive throughout our visit. Parking was also very convenient. It was easy to find a spot nearby, and the restaurant validates your parking—just provide your car plate number after your meal, and you won’t have to pay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys great steaks. I’ve also visited their branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and I’m happy to say the quality and taste are just as consistent here. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I loved going to Swiss Butter. The restaurant is beautiful, the decor is amazing, and the atmosphere was really nice. The food was great, the staff were friendly, and the whole experience felt very well planned overall. The steak with their signature butter sauce was honestly the highlight for me — absolutely delicious and definitely worth going back for. A few things could improve though. The restaurant space felt a bit too tight, with tables very close to each other, so it didn’t feel very private or spacious. It was also quite difficult to find the location, which was a little frustrating. I also wish the steak portion was slightly bigger because it was so good. Overall, I’d rate Swiss Butter a solid 7/10. Great food, beautiful vibe, and definitely worth trying for the butter sauce alone.

I enjoyed the steak here. I prefer the rib eye over the bed fillet. The fries serving is huge with an option to go baked if required. A good portion of lettuce salad. The name of the game here is that sauce and it's yum. Dip everything's you have in front of you in it and enjoy 🥰🥰🥰🔥🔥🔥

We had a great dining experience. The medium rare beef filet was perfectly cooked and tender, and the chicken breast was juicy and flavorful. The salad was fresh and amazing, and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. Special thanks to Andrea, our waitress, who was kind, polite, and always smiling! she made us feel very welcome. Jean was also assisting and checking in regularly to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent service and delicious food. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience at Swiss Butter! The signature butter sauce is absolutely delicious and makes the whole meal special. I tried the chicken steak and it was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. Fries and bread on the side were also really good. The ambience is cozy and the staff is very friendly and attentive. It does get a bit crowded, but the service is still smooth. Overall, a great place if you want a unique steak experience in Dubai. Definitely worth trying at least once!
