Worst experience moving I have ever had. First of all they showed up to our Abu Dhabi home at 7 pm after they were supposed to be there at 2 pm and the security almost didn’t let them move things in because it was so late. Mind you they only did allow it as I am pregnant and had nowhere to sleep. They destroyed my 8,000 aed mosaic table and didnt even tell us. Broke my valuable mirror. Scratched the tiles in my beautiful new home while moving the bed. Scratched the newly painted walls. Then when they were supposed to come to address all this damage, we text them when they don’t show up and they say they are delayed and don’t know when they can make it. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to get actual professional movers. They are not willing to give us our money back even though it will cost us 1000’s of aed to fix that table and the tile. Horrible company.

RM movers are super professional, they came with a team of 5 (one bedroom apartment) and they packed efficiently, as we have a baby, we could even leave the apartment and go for breakfast! Everything was packed in 2.5 hours. They came to our new place fast and did an exceptional job unpacking and installing, they even carried on their own our big sofa (couldn’t fit in the lift) over 7 flights of stairs! Amazing! They also did extra service like rebuild our baby bed and put shower curtain rod for us. The team is professional and work very hard indeed. We really appreciate their service and for sure we will use RM mover in the future.
