Haven’t been given the responsibility of security for the Asia Cup at Dubai Cricket stadium, the entire planning, entry, exit plans were ridiculous. One entry point for ALL the 25000 spectators?? Arent y’all supposed to plan entries in a way that there are different entry points for each individual stand? I went through a stampede today, fell breathless. Ridiculous planning, and extremely rude staff as well. Better get your shit together for the rest of Asia Cup, if you think you guys are big enough to take responsibility of such an event. Or just stick to doing mediocre events. Think that would be better

Agreed to a last minute cancellation at 50% cost and 50% refund. Didn’t honour the refund. If they want to tarnish their reputation, integrity, professionalism and go back on their agreement over 325aed then that says enough about this organisation.

I met this security team twice, once when picking up my Dubai Run pack at Zabeel Park, where as I was exiting two of the staff were incredibly aggressive and rude about following the entrance/exit rule they had set (which didn’t even make logical sense) even when there was no crowd and it was not busy. I understand if it was incredibly busy but it wasn’t and it did not make logical sense in the heat. Separately at the actual Dubai Run had to go to the toilet so went to a hotel who kindly let me use their facilities, when I went back onto the route the security didn’t want me to join and asked me to leave the area (in the middle of SZR?!). It took several attempts to explain to him that I had gone to the washroom and wanted to complete my run and I could not understand why he wanted me to leave? Not sure if both these incidents were because I was a woman and they felt they could be illogical and intimidating? While I applaud security staff, this team needs to learn common sense and logic for each event they cover.

Your call center staff is the worst I have ever experienced. If one does not want to handle questions, please let them go and hire more professional staff. I called in an simply coz the guy has no information, he bluntly hanged up. Called a second time and he puts me on hold for no apparent reason and then proceeds to hang up again. Listen to the recordings for calls made at 11:46am and 11:51am and you will know who it is. Companies are hiring staff and giving them offer letters containing your company letterheads in exchange for commissions. I need information before people loose money through your company name.
