The Mall is located opposite Burj Al Arab is less rush than other malls . The location is easily accessible. They have selected restaurants, hypermarket and other retail shops and cafe like costa coffee. Paid parking is available. Unfortunately there is no food court or any seating areas.

This is a nice mall, great for everyone, the only suggestions I have is for anything that would make it more lively! Such a nice mall, especially a very nice cuisine restaurant (best one I've been to), called Ruzbi, is very nice! Recommended!

Nice clean small mall with few shops and cafes. The restaurants in the mall also worth a try. The mall always almost empty of people so it is good relaxing place.
