I had an excellent experience at Malabar Gold Souk in Dubai, thanks to Zubair. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive to my needs. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through a wide range of options without any pressure. Zubair’s knowledge about the products, pricing, and quality was impressive, and he explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident in my purchase. It’s was a marvelous experience with Nidhanthan , in Malabar gold shop at Dubai gold souq. He recognized my taste in gold and caught my preferred design quickly and smartly. I found myself buying 2 earrings instead of one ! Definitely I will return back to him if I want any other piece. Thanks 🙏🏻

Amazing experience and excellent customer service by Mr. Zubair. He helped us make a very important decision in a highly professional manner. Sometimes representatives at gold shops don’t realize how important these first decisions are for customers, but Mr. Zubair made sure we had complete clarity and felt confident and happy about our purchase. Outstanding service and truly appreciated.

We had a wonderful experience at Malabar Gold, thanks to Salma. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful while assisting my sister in choosing the perfect bangle. She took the time to show different designs and explain the options, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was how dedicated she was—she even went to nearby Malabar branches to check and show additional options so my sister could find exactly what she wanted. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made a big difference. My sister is absolutely delighted with her purchase, and we are very grateful to Salma for all her help. Thank you for making our shopping experience so special!
