Shorooq Centre By Dubai Retail

I had a really great experience visiting the Shurooq Community. The area is very clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The surroundings are beautiful, and the overall environment feels calm and relaxing. The infrastructure and facilities are excellent, making it a comfortable place for both residents and visitors. Everything is well-organized, and the community feels safe and family-friendly. I truly appreciate the effort put into maintaining such high standards. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality lifestyle in Dubai!

Since moving into this apartment in October last year, I have been repeatedly requesting the replacement of the balcony glass door due to poor installation and unacceptable finishing standards. The gaps between the door and the track are clearly visible, allowing dust, insects, noise, and even small particles to enter the apartment constantly. Sleeping at night has become difficult because of the noise and poor sealing. For months, I have been following up almost every single month, yet every request gets rejected without providing a proper solution. The attached photo clearly shows that this installation does not meet acceptable quality standards. If this is considered "standard" by the facility management team, then there is a serious issue with the level of maintenance and quality being provided to residents.

It’s like The Lakes or The Springs in Mirdif side not Jumeirah Lakes Towers side. Very calm and serene place where lots of villas gather. And this community center is located right in the middle of such cozy residential areas. I love the Circle Cafe here the most! You can enjoy the everyday purchase at Choithram too!

Very clean and nice service for the residence on this community

I call this place my little piece of heaven... Lovely place to eat - Circle K with indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely salon - The Loft. Lovely grocery shopping - Choithrams. Free parking. Clean toilets. Green all around. What more could a girl ask for! ❤️ 💙 💜

I have lived here for the past 6 years and don't plan to stay here much longer. Sadly i have seen gradual decline in this community. The maintenance service is terrible, management team should be embarrassed by their lack of professionalism. The properties are badly designed, with extremely old fittings with major issues that will leave you constantly calling for maintenance. Yet management will ignore your feedback. Blocked toilets constantly, blocked sinks, blocked showers/baths , sewage smell and the fit outs are rotting LITERALLY. The sewer smell inside and outside the house is absolutely horrible, despite numerous complaints to management to address the issue. bathroom toilet blocked 11 times sine September again our complaints were completely dismissed. there are no boundaries people are converting communal areas into farms (no joke). The community is deteriorating fast due to bad management. If you are thinking to move here please think twice!!!

Neat and quite compound, nice place for family living, markets and playgrounds are also available, green areas and pools around the place, Mirdif shopping mall and Mirdif downtown mall are both steps away.
