Allen & his team are exceptional. Allen gave frequent progress updates & made sure I understood the process each step of the way. He never seemed bother, he was always kind. When I dropped off my motorcycle for shipping I thought I had lost the key. Several of the Top Most team members immediately started to help me look for the keys. After two hours Allen ended up finding them, on the bike, I was so embarrassed. The team were kind & courteous the entire time. I found a race car online that I wanted to buy happened to be in Dubai. The challenging part is that I live in Michigan, USA and I had no idea how to import a vehicle, let alone a non-street legal, track use only one. Alan was recommended by the seller, a local race team. From an initial phone conversation he explained the whole process, told me what paperwork to file to obtain the EPA exemption, customs paperwork, etc. it was fairly easy, but would have been tricky without his guidance. Alan was super responsive with his communication and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Needless to say, it’s a weird feeling to send money to someone you’ve never met for a vehicle and the shipping, but I felt comfortable immediately.
