I visited Lal Qila Jumeirah today and had an excellent experience. The ambiance is elegant and truly reflects traditional Mughlai culture, making it a perfect place for family and friends. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors, and very well presented. The variety in the buffet was impressive, especially the BBQ and desi dishes. The staff was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Pakistani/Indian cuisine in Dubai!

The variety is impressive, and the live BBQ adds a nice touch—everything we tried tasted fresh and flavorful, and we genuinely enjoyed the food. What held the experience back, though, was the service. Despite visiting at a time that wasn’t particularly busy, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive. The overall service felt slow and a bit disorganized, which took away from what could have been an excellent dining experience. Great food, but the service has room for improvement.

Visited Lal qila for the first time and overall had a good experience. They have great variety of dishes and an impressive spread, but the taste could be better. Really liked their pulao, bun kabab, chicken tikka, seekh kabab and salads. Desserts were all good.

Customers should be given the comfort to finish their meal without feeling rushed—after all, no one is going to leave without paying. Additionally, the behavior of the grill staff needs serious attention. Their attitude came across as rude, almost as if they were doing a favor by serving the BBQ items. This is unacceptable, especially when guests are paying customers and expect respectful service. On a positive note, the dessert section was impressive. The quality and taste were excellent, particularly the diet kheer, which stood out. Overall, the experience was not bad, but there is clear room for improvement. Management should consider addressing service behavior and either revising the pricing or introducing attractive offers, especially for the dinner buffet, to maintain customer satisfaction.
