Customer Reviews
Entree Ramadan Tent has a rating of 3.7 out of 5 based on over 180 reviews on Google
Good Service, with good options of Buffet, and the atmosphere was so great, Delicious Food and desserts. I totally reccomand this for Family and Business Feasts.
Very crowded, they are not sure if there is available table even. Overbooked, staff has attitude and not giving the food you ask. Food is just ok. Feel like we are just trouble for the place.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience truly deserves honest feedback. We had booked in advance, yet upon arrival everything was completely disorganized. Our reservation seemed mixed up, and the entrance process was chaotic. For a Ramadan tent that markets itself as "one of the best," the management and hosting standards were far below expectations. The tent was extremely overcrowded to the point that it felt uncomfortable rather than festive. There was no proper flow or crowd control, which affected the entire experience. The food was below average — limited variety and quality did not match the price point at all. Service was even more disappointing. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, and basic hospitality standards were missing. Overall, this was unfortunately one of the worst Ramadan tent experiences I’ve had. It is definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend it. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their organization, food quality, and service standards for future guests.
I visited Entree Ramadan Tent for suhoor this evening, and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the venue. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were not properly welcomed and felt ignored at the reception. The overall service lacked attentiveness and professionalism. The food quality was below average, and the dessert selection was even more disappointing. Presentation and taste did not meet the expectations of a Ramadan tent positioned as a premium experience. Even the live entertainment lacked energy, which affected the overall ambiance. The atmosphere did not feel refined or classy, and the entire experience was far below expectations. I would much rather pay a higher price for quality and attention to detail rather than quantity without standards. Overall rating: 0/10. Unfortunately, very overrated. Kindly work on food quality.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was not good, our table was placed right next to the speaker which made it extremely annoying and uncomfortable. The service was poor — we had to ask multiple times for the same order before it was finally delivered. On top of that, we were charged extra for luqaimat on top of the agreed price per person without being informed in advance. Overall, not a pleasant experience and not recommended.
I was there 07/03/2026 for iftar We really enjoyed the beautiful setting of the restaurant; the atmosphere is truly amazing. However, we were quite disappointed with the buffet. For AED 295 per person, we expected a wider variety of dishes. There were very limited options, and surprisingly not even a single dish with fish or seafood. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.
Worst experience, they ruined our whole night, even though we booked in advance, there was no table for us. We kept waiting for an hour, which also made the people setting on tables uncomfortable, very bad organization so not recommended
