Love my experience at GymNation, always a nice workout and and everybody on the customer service team is amazing, I just wanted to clarify something in my membership and Kiel and Abraham were super supportive and kind. They always smile and try to help! Also the maintenance team is always amazing, they take care of the gym and are always very kind.

GymNation Al Quoz is one of the biggest gyms in Dubai, with excellent facilities, a wide variety of equipment, and even a dedicated Muay Thai corner for combat sports enthusiasts. The gym offers great value with plenty of classes and a motivating atmosphere. However, due to its popularity, it does get quite crowded during peak hours, which can make finding free machines challenging. Overall, a strong choice for anyone serious about fitness and training.

was a loyal customer for the last 6 years. stopped going to the gym for a year. came back to checkout the gym. The machines are the same since 2020.. nothing new, same old rusty machines. For some years this place was the best gym in dubai. but not anymore. I would only rejoin if they do a rebuild. thanks for the amazing years gymnation. its time to say goodbye

Great gym with excellent equipment and a clean environment. The atmosphere is very motivating. Cindy at the reception is always welcoming, helpful, and professional. She makes the check-in process smooth and is always ready to assist with any questions. Highly recommend this gym!

It’s a very decent gym. The positives are that it’s absolutely huge, they have a lot of platforms, racks and benches. The vibe was good and even though there were many people there was plenty of space. Few negatives is that no one reracked their weights and just left them lying around, making to very messy. Also they could have optimised the space a bit more and got some more exotic machines, instead they just had all the basics but double. Overall there is better gyms but not many gyms in Dubai would be this good value for money
