Walked in their store today and saw a cute bag, asked for a newer stock but unfortunately none is available, yet SUMIRA did an extra mile by providing great customer service: 1. She laid out more designs from her stocks. Unfortunately I really like the one which is out of stock. 2. She offered a delivery of the item. Was told it will be delivered within 2-3 days. Gave a contact number in case I need to call. I RECEIVED THE BAG SAME DAY! HOME DELIVERY! you made my day Sumira! Such a lovely staff from Dubai Festival. Thank you!

Had a very gr8 shopping experience with Shy & Sumira as they were very helpful in providing me with better options in ladies bags and polo shirt even though i had just visited the store for exchange.

I bought 2 items on Monday ( 5 Feb) , and the Indian sell assistant ( lady) ordered them from another branch or warehouse and I explained to her about my flight on Thursday,so that’s why she told me u can pick them up anytime on Wednesday , when I went to there , they didn’t receive my items until today, basically anther worker said they need 3-4 days to receive any order , in the end they asked me come in Thursday morning to get the items or refund the money , I’m not responsible if the employee doesn’t know the policies & procedures. It is her mistake .

I had a disappointing experience at the BHPC store in Dubai Festival City. The store manager was not attentive and did not show respect while communicating. Instead of listening to customer concerns, he seemed dismissive and lacked professionalism. A store manager should prioritize customer satisfaction, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service standards.

I visited the store today, nice and warm welcome from the staff named nazish, nice and warm environment for shopping , definitely I will recommend my friends and family to this store

His very professional sales person ,well trained he knows how to handle customers .his friendly and have positive energy to assist and approachable staff. Had an issue with an item mismatch from another store, and the branch manager Attia and Samira contacted the other location and got everything sorted quickly and professionally. Excellent service and leadership at Beverly Hills Polo Club!
