Cap Sports Academy | Best Tennis Classes in Dubai

Today is just my 4th session here in Safa British School tennis court and I could say that I learned a lot from Coach Amrender Arya. Proper handling of the grip, positioning and timing before hitting the ball from forehands and backhands are totally basic but it means a lot when we are playing the tennis. Its a whole new thing to me as a beginner, but Coach Arya is patiently teaching in a very professional way and Im really motivated the way how he teach us day by day and I am very excited on our schedules and I will definitely continue to learn and share my experience to others. The booking also is very flexible ,he responded promptly. Thank you. Maribeth Caballero (Dubai Duty Free)

I’ve been taking tennis lessons with Amrender for about two months now, and he is truly ONE OF THE BEST coaches I’ve ever had. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about tennis, and I really feel that energy in every session. I also want to mention Supreet. He was my first tennis coach in Dubai, and he was amazing too. He later moved to another location that’s a bit far for me, so he introduced me to Amrender. Both of them are FANTASTIC coaches! I’m not fully proud of my tennis progress yet, but that’s not because of them. I know two months of lessons won’t magically turn me into Jannik Sinner😄… but I’m still dreaming! 🎾🥳

We've just started sessions for my 7 year old daughter, and so far am very impressed. Excellent coaching style, engaging for the kids, professional interactions, attention to detail, and a good balance of technical coaching while making it fun and enjoyable fkr children. Recommended.

I have played under Coach Amrinder, and honestly, he is a very good coach. He is supportive, professional, and always motivates players to give their best. His training methods really help improve skills and confidence. Highly recommended

I’ve been taking lessons with Coach Supreet, and it’s been an awesome experience. He keeps the vibe upbeat and fun while making sure we focus on improving my game. He’s got a great way of explaining techniques so they actually stick, and he’s super patient…. when I’m still getting the hang of certain shots. Honestly, after training with him, I feel way more confident on the court and can already see real progress in my game.

Coach Amrinder is an excellent coach. I have trained and played with him, and his guidance has helped me improve a lot. He focuses on discipline, fitness, and technique. Very friendly and dedicated.

My kids and I play with coach Amrender! He is using a very structured and pedagogical approach which helped my kids improving in no time! Very happy with his coaching and definitely recommend him to anyone looking to learn real technical skills in tennis
