I am very happy with my experience investing with Stake. The app is easy to use, the investment process is simple, and the monthly rental income is paid as expected. Everything has been transparent, and I feel confident using the platform. I highly recommend Stake to anyone looking to start investing in real estate with a small amount.

Overall experience is great, although I believe the fees taken from rental income is high, Also I would like to know why Saudi Market opportunities is no longer available? and when it is expected to return? and will it be also Funds as previous opportunities? or there will be residential units as well same as in Dubai?

Investing in this app since 2024 in several properties. Not able to exit even from one property, money is stuck, invested alot all stuck. Customer support is drunk, Looks like one person with multiple names handling the whatsapp and email response and most of the time he is on holiday. ROI is too low, if the property is not on rent they can't pay the rent. Estimated returns Showing on the app is totally misleading better invest in stocks or somewhere legit, Did a big mistake that I trust in this Stake App because of I trusted Dubai. Looks like its a big scam.

Despite a good UI/UX experience the returns on property investing in Dubai is hugely disappointing. Net Yields are circa 3%/4%, your property can spend months unoccupied, which means no proactive management and rent yield in the past 4 years have been getting worse and worse as more fees introduced. The increase in market rates are highly speculative. A platform with high risks as getting your assets out in secondary listing market is non- existent. For the full sales window in May, could not see a large volume of purchases. Both pictures taken two weeks apart and 356 of properties listed with significant proportion at 20% discount rates was very surprising.

As a newbie into the world of real estate, I believe Stake has met my investment needs perfectly such as the Fix n Flip option. I am able to invest in properties and funds in Dubai & Saudi in a simplified manner and can access all relevant information via the app. The app is very clear, secure, user friendly and has a great modern feel. The business communicates very effectively too and provides excellent customer service via emails and calls too. 4 stars given because I have not yet experienced the withdrawal of money process!

I want to understand why the sale window is just 2 times a year. Also want to know for how many years is the property placed on lease or rent? After how many years the entire property or project is sold-out? What if I want to transfer the shares to my children's or siblings? I no where saw the option of nominee I am an Indian citizen with no Emirates ID I have been very rarely traveling to UAE! Do you have any office in India?
