Excellent service from Baggage Taxi Dubai! They were right on time to pick up our luggage from DXB Airport and gave very clear instructions on exactly where to meet. Our bags were delivered to the hotel within the expected time, with no stress at all. Communication was excellent throughout, with questions answered quickly and regular updates via WhatsApp. The service is very budget-friendly, and Martin, who handled our pickup and drop-off, was incredibly friendly and professional. Such a great experience from start to finish—100% recommend this service to everyone!

What a fantastic service! I had never even heard of something like this and was a bit hesitant trusting our suitcases. I am thrilled that we did! Couldn’t have been a better experience and I felt very confident in the people and the process and I will happily use again!

BaggageTaxi was a life saver, fact that I can have them pick up my luggage and deliver to hotel while I tour the city before my check in time is just another level of convenience. Security was great timing awesome. I have had to book hotel a day ahead just because of this problem of flight getting to town early and checkin is much later but with this service I don’t have to again I hope to see them in mote cities around the world

Outstanding Service and Reliability Baggage Taxi provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and highly reliable. My luggage was handled with great care and securely stored while I explored the city. The convenience of airport pickup and direct hotel delivery made my travel day completely stress-free. I was especially impressed by their excellent communication and accommodating approach. I highly recommend Baggage Taxi for anyone seeking dependable and efficient luggage services.

Perfect service. Continuous contact via WhatsApp about the status, times and location. The handler seals the luggage before taking it away. Takes photos and asks you to identify yourself with a PIN code communicated in advance. Super safe and secure. We didn’t worry for a second. This allowed us to enjoy everything Dubai has to offer. No hassle with suitcases.

I disembarked my cruise in the morning and I had about 10 hours before my departure from Dubai, so I chose BaggageTaxi – it was super convenient! They picked up my luggages right at the cruise terminal. Both the customer service staff and the on-site team were really polite and helpful. Thanks to them, I didn’t have to carry my luggage around all day and could fully enjoy those 10 hours in Dubai. If you want to relax and make your travel journey comfortable and stress-free, I highly recommend their service!»

I was in a situation where I gave a short notice to secure a storage, moreover I showed up late after working hours. Mohamed Parvaz was willing to wait and he helped me all the way to place the items in storage. He understood that I am struggling to place my stuff, so he arranged them in a smart way for an easy access and rearranging when needed. Completed the paper work smoothly, explained the access process, and I was all set. The facility is very clean with an excellent weather control. Shout out to Joy and Ellen for responding quickly via WhatsApp and answering our questions. Great service.
