The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were friendly, and every corner felt worth exploring. It’s one of those places where you can slow down, enjoy the surroundings, and leave with a smile. A wonderful outing and definitely worth visiting if you’re in Dubai.

The rain and forest ambience add to the magic, making it feel like a real tropical jungle inside the city. It was honestly a speechless experience at times. This is a must-visit attraction in Dubai. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely go back again.

The moment you step inside the biodome, you immediately feel the cooling effect. The climate control is clearly well maintained and creates a comfortable rainforest atmosphere that supports both guest comfort and animal welfare. Prepare your cameras for indoor wildlife interactions. The care for the animals is very evident. The birds, lemurs, and sloth are freely roaming, which shows a strong commitment to natural behavior, enrichment, and a habitat that feels alive and dynamic. The rainfall event adds another layer of authenticity. It recreates the feeling of a real rainforest and provides sensory enrichment for the animals while giving guests a unique and immersive experience. I also appreciated how staff members are always positioned near the animals. Their presence ensures that both children and adults behave respectfully. Before our visit, I faced significant issues booking tickets due to a website glitch. Unfortunately, I was unable to get assistance through customer care. I eventually managed to book the tickets myself. I had also sent an email regarding the issue, and a representative did call me later, which I appreciated, although it was after the booking had already been completed. At the ticket counter, I encountered another issue. My daughters were initially denied the visitors' books, with staff saying they were out of stock, despite there appearing to be copies available behind the counter. After some insistence, another staff member stepped in and kindly provided two books for my children. The attraction itself is well-maintained and enjoyable for families with young children. However, as an adult visitor, I felt it is more of a one-time experience. Adding more bird species and wildlife exhibits would make repeat visits more appealing and enhance the overall experience. Overall, a pleasant family outing with some memorable interactions for the kids, but there is room for improvement in customer service, ticketing support, and the variety of species on display.
