DIAMOND BUS RENTAL DUBAI / Bus Rental Dubai/ Luxury bus rental dubai

Extremely disappointed with this school transport company. After working with them for two years, we experienced a price increase from AED 1,500 to AED 3,700 in just a few months, an increase that we found completely disproportionate and unjustified. As a customer, I expressed my dissatisfaction by leaving a negative review on Google. Instead of responding professionally or providing an explanation, the owner chose to send me rude and inappropriate WhatsApp messages. A company has every right to set its prices, but customers also have the right to share their opinions and experiences. Respect and professionalism should always be at the heart of any customer relationship. For our part, this experience has been very disappointing, and we will no longer use this company’s services.

An outstanding transport experience from start to finish. Their commitment to punctuality, comfort, and customer care truly sets them apart. A reliable service that delivers more than just a journey it delivers trust. Highly recommended

I had a great experience with this transport company, very reliable and excellent service! Their communication was clear, and they really respected our time. I called them urgent booking around 6 PM, and they arrived within an hour. Their pricing is also good and reasonable. We’ve completed two transactions with them so far, and both were smooth and satisfying. If we need transport services again in the future, we will definitely call them. Highly recommended! A very satisfied customer
