Starlet Limousines Passenger Transport by Luxury Car LLC

Terrible company do not book with them they will rip you off. We had a driver telling us he is an uber driver and it was metered to 5 Aed to start from marina harbor to jbr beach. When we arrived it was 73 Aed. Unbelievable. Contacted the company no reimbursement. Be honest don't rip off the tourists 😈. From now on will be taking a taxi.

Do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off. Took a taxi today from the Miracle Garden to Loco Bear. Said we would pay the same price as the RTA taxis. No meter. Charged double the price and when I challenged the price saying it was too expensive and not the same as RTA he locked the doors in the car saying that was the price. Two adult females and a child in the car. Disgusting behaviour. Completely dishonest with no integrity. Don’t use.

A driver from this company occupied an RTA parking spot without paying and refused to leave when asked. I waited nearly 15 minutes while contacting enforcement. Eventually, the individual left, making sarcastic remarks telling me to "take pictures of the car". I had gotten the company contact details from RTA and when I called they said they would look into it and call me back. The company never returned, and the situation was handled poorly overall. I hope management has since addressed this behavior, as it reflects badly on the company’s professionalism and respect for public parking rules.

I had an exceptional experience with Starlet Limousines Passenger Transport by Luxury Car LLC. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of outstanding. The booking process was smooth and efficient, and the team was very responsive and professional. The vehicle provided was spotless, luxurious, and well-maintained — exactly what you'd expect from a premium transport service. There chauffeur was punctual, courteous, and highly skilled, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free journey. Whether for business travel, special events, or airport transfers, Starlet Limousines truly delivers first-class service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, luxurious, and professional transportation in the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience — I look forward to booking with you again!

We rented this car from this company from the Dubai Marina to the JBR Beach. We asked the driver to show the meter. It was 5 AED at start point then by the time we got to our destination to the JBR Beach he charged us 73 AED. For only a 10 min drive. It is a scam, ripped you off!! Do not take this company for your transportation in Dubai ever! Warning do not use this company. They should be put out of business for not being honest and taking people for their money!!!! I am completely discussed !!!! 😡

I accidentally left my wallet in a Starlet Limousine car today and after a brief moment of panic we called and spoke to Mr M Aamir, the operations and Fleet supervisor. He quickly found out who our driver was, contacted him and confirmed the wallet was still in the car. He was extremely helpful and we are very grateful for his prompt assistance in getting the wallet returned to us. We will definitely use Starlet Limousines again and cannot speak highly enough of the service and help Mr Aamir provided. Also thank you to the driver Umar for his help.
