Kabi taxi company

I had a wonderful experience with Kabi Taxi Company. While going to the airport, I accidentally left my passport and wallet in the taxi, which was very stressful. I immediately contacted the reception, and Ruby (2023820) was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole situation. She handled everything quickly and professionally, contacted the driver, and made sure my belongings were found. Thanks to her quick action, the driver even came all the way to the airport to return my passport and wallet safely to me. I am truly grateful for Ruby’s kindness, dedication, and excellent customer service. She really saved my day and has such a caring heart. Highly recommend Kabi Taxi Company for their honesty and reliable service!

We got kobi taxi plate number 9091 ( KB3525 ) from golden miles. At 12.57 pm We already told him drop us on insurance market metro station al sofouh side. We got bad experience he is the one who decide where we drop! and totally he drop us on mall of Emirates.🤬 we already talk to him my location clearly he accepted. then we are the one who need to follow him?. He do more excuses about the road but I always use to that road also.but he never listen up. Us passenger this is right doing for the taxi driver? My concerned for the other person if didn't know the location in dubai only enough money in the wallet. How they pay for over charges..

I lost my wallet in a taxi, and I was very worried because it had my important cards and documents. Thankfully, the taxi company’s lost and found office helped me, and the driver who found my wallet was very honest and kind. He returned the wallet safely, and everything was inside. I really appreciate the driver for his honesty and responsibility. Good people like him make customers feel safe and respected. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Worst taxi ride in 10 years in UAE. Cab no. 7506. From airport to MBZ. Lady driver. She took us all the way into the city. Took us round and round. Charged double the fare from the airport. Rude. Very bad attitude. The consumer understands that your drivers have a daily target, but please don't loot the customers. There are so many bad reviews on Google maps. Why don't the owners take some action.

Worst experience ever !!! I was sick and in a paid trip going home from palm jumeirah to marina and i only wanted to open my two back windows to get air because i wasnt breathing well the taxi driver SHOUTED AT ME !!!!!! And asked me to get the hell out of the car
