I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. For a single service booking, the payment was deducted multiple times from my account. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your payment system reliability. I expect immediate action on this matter: A full refund of the extra deducted amount A clear explanation of why this issue occurred Assurance that this will not happen again Mr. Abhiraj Singh Hope you look into this!

They are extremely unreliable. On several occasions they didn’t show up, and their customer service is inefficient and unhelpful. Their staff always comes with excuses for being late, and one cleaner even made an inappropriate comment saying I was "off" because I had a UTI and used my bathroom too often instead of focusing on cleaning. Additionally, their pest control service is not legitimate, as they do not use HDA-approved products, which raises serious safety concerns. The cleaning quality is unprofessional, they are consistently late, and sometimes don’t show up at all. What’s worse is that when you reschedule, you are charged a 10 AED fee even when it’s not you who cancelled. I’m switching from Urban to Life Home Cleaning Company.

I swear people who placed 1 star and right. I ordered them and after ordering and paying they called and said they are busy. Never sent me the service and never refunded my money I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THEM SINCE AGES AND THEY DONT ANSWER.

The most unprofessional company ever. All cleaners comes late they never respect the timing and they can cancel your booking and ask you to reschedule.the can be late for 1 or 2 hours and at the end the company asks to you to reschedule.

this was the worst experience . i booked deep cleaning and it has nothing to do with deep cleaning don't waste your money on this company literally there were some places still dusty and it was not touched by the professional the way the company handled the complain was completely unprofessional

First of all ı booked 1 cleaner for 4 hour,they came 2 person and they offered me 2 hour.I did not want to send back 2 nd one cause they came already.(As good sprit)They broke the drain cover and they didn't even tell me this, I noticed it after they left. If they had told me, believe me, it wouldn't have been a problem. Later, even though my wife specifically told them but they didn't wipe the bathroom tiles, we noticed it when we checked later. The dusty areas, which are very simple common areas, are still dusty. When I checked the mirror hanging on the wall in the bedroom with my finger, it was still dusty. They didn't clean under the sofas. They did it in a very rush, I guess they were in a rush, which is why two people came. They didn't do any of the work correctly in their rush. Even though I told them not to wash the dishes in the kitchen, they did. We only asked them to wipe the kitchen cabinet doors, and they wasted unnecessary time there. They did not wipe the balcony windows from the inside. We had mentioned this too.Unsatisfied service.Urban company degrading.I will go next with other companies.Also ı got service of A/C cleaning recently that time was also unsatisfied.
