Mr. White (Sales Representative) visited our office, assessed our needs, and suggested the most suitable option for our team of around 30 staff. Although we signed up in February, the installation was delayed on our side, but it was eventually completed smoothly. A big thank you to Ernesto and Charles for the efficient installation and for patiently answering all our questions. The entire process, including testing, took about 90 minutes. Amazing, fast, polite, and honest service! I’d been trying to get rid of my fridge for over a month. A previous removal company came but couldn’t take it out because my building required my landlord’s permission. I still paid them, and they promised to finish the job later — but once I got the permission, their WhatsApp name changed, and they stopped replying. So I was nervous to try another service. But this guy showed up within an hour of my request on a Friday night, accepted a bank transfer, and didn’t even ask for payment right away.
