🛍️ Villanova Community Center: Excellent Services, Needs Smarter Retail Choices ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The center is now incredibly well-equipped, and we are very happy to have so many essential services available! The Supermarket, Café, Restaurant, Salon, Pharmacy, Dry Cleaner, and Electronics Repair Shop all make living here highly convenient. The kids love Koko Kids, and the upcoming Exchange is welcome. However, there is still one major retail planning issue: I am genuinely perplexed why a large, prime unit inside the center is dedicated to the FAM Properties Office. With all these services now in place, that space is extremely valuable and could be better utilized by a diverse retail shopper or a specialty store that adds more variety to the community offerings. Dubai Retail needs to seriously consider re-tenanting this space. Giving it to a resident-focused retail business, instead of an internal real estate office, would greatly improve the center's appeal and service to the community. Overall, great facilities, but please re-evaluate that one non-essential tenant

very good mostly for its community resistance for daily needs from supermarket, pharmacy,flower shop,café,restaurant, liquor and play ground for kids.
