I had an excellent experience with Amer Center Dubai Airport Freezone / Al Tawar for my Golden Visa application. Special thanks to Mr. Rama Al-Masri and Mr. Rey for their outstanding support, professionalism, and continuous follow-up. They helped me prepare and finalize all the required documents, submit the application, and follow up until the process was successfully completed. I really appreciated their fast response and support, even during weekends. They saved me a lot of time, and I did not need to visit the center many times because they handled everything smoothly and professionally. Honestly, they are among the best service providers I have dealt with. I highly recommend them for Golden Visa and other government services. I recently visited the DAFZA Amer Center for my Golden Visa application, and overall, I had a very positive experience. Initially, the process was quite confusing. I faced multiple issues and wasn’t fully clear on the steps involved. There seemed to be mixed information both online and at the center, which required me to visit twice just to properly understand the requirements. However, things completely changed during my final visit when I spoke to the manager, Ludan. She was extremely helpful, patient, and soft spoken. She gave me a simple and clear suggestion, which I followed, and I was able to receive my nomination without any difficulty. After that, the remaining steps were handled smoothly at the center itself. With her guidance, the entire process became very straightforward, and I received my visa within just a few days. I would also like to highlight that the customer service at the DAFZA Amer Center is consistently excellent. The staff are always helpful, both online and in person, and I usually rely on this center for all my visa related services. A big thanks to Ludan for her support and professionalism. Her assistance truly made a stressful process much easier.
