Zuma Dubai has a rating of 4.4 out of 5 based on over 4423 reviews on Google
The ambience of the place is really simple, nothing over the top or the fanciest. Warm lights are ok, but it is too dim at the smoking area. Service, was a bit slow not the fastest. Each of us "had to request for a menu to see" didn’t get sommelier on time to decide on the wine. Coz he was busy. So can improve there. Food, starters were ok nothing over the top Main course , Spicy beef donburi with sesame, red chilli and sweet soy Miso marinated black cod donburi These 2 stood out and hands down must try. Chicken was a bit dry. Dessert - Chawan mushi is a choco lava cake what stood out was the cake was made of dark chocolate which was exceptionally yummy! Must try. Cocktail do try "big apple berry" (on the sweeter side) damn well done and wa (gin based) was perfect.
We finally tried the Ebisu business lunch at Zuma Dubai and it absolutely lived up to expectations. From the appetizers all the way to dessert, everything was beautifully executed. The steak was a standout, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Even the desserts impressed me, and I’m usually not someone who gravitates toward sweets, but I genuinely enjoyed them. For the quality and experience (service could have been warmer), the business lunch is definitely worth the money. A must-try, and we will definitely be back.
Great vibe, great food. As always at Zuma. Service could be more friendly. Wife and I used to come often - less so over the last couple of years - and were used of a better service, faster, kinder and more fun. Overall still a great experience. Rikka Tonics are great, Black Cod Miso well executed, pecan pie Sunday a must, One important improvement area though: please put back the chilli miso marinated beef ribs on the menu! Still would recommend Zuma in Dubai despite lower service quality relative to previous experiences.
This was much better what we tried in Tokyo. It was an outstanding experience with top notch menu set full of unique dishes and flavors. Very few places can impress me so much. Nice done and highly recommended.
One of the best restaurants in Dubai!!! Been multiple times now and the brunch on Saturdays is incredible. Huge variety of food, great service and worth every penny for the high quality sushi, hot food and dessert.
Ambiance is really good. Good music. Beautiful crowd. Good layout. Interior aged well. Quiet luxury i would say.. Easy on the senses and will not be just another hip place. Noticed the heavy chairs didn’t make sound when you reposition yourself. Nothing worse than annoying sound of chair legs dragging across the floor. Food wise is good. Some amazing plates. I wouldn’t bother ordering sushi as fresh produce can be had in any major cities with enough accessibility. Save the space for other items in the menu. Some outstanding dishes we had were: -kinoko kamameshi with truffle (simple but super tasty) -grilled lamb ribs (what a kick) -miso black cod (best one according to kids) -grilled octopus (super well prepared) Least favorite dish were -spicy beef tenderloin. -beef skewers Service was top notch. They knew how to provide good service without being intrusive. Patrick and the other guy from Ghana did us a solid.
We visited Zuma Dubai, which was voted the best branch in Dubai for 2025 We've been here many times at the night, but this was our first time for brunch. It was crowded with many people and before I knew it, the place was fully booked. The food is generally tasty, with plenty of options to choose from, including beef, seafood, and sushi. There were so many desserts I wanted to try that it was hard to choose. The Japanese sake was not that great, but the sparkling sake was easy to drink. We would like to have a professional Sake Sommelier select delicious sake for us, so we will come again at night.
