Mospace Self Storage

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this self storage in Festival City umm ramool. The office person who I had been dealing with arrived at the location 15 minutes late for our scheduled time. The person was rude and unhelpful. We did not know to bring a lock and the location was difficult to access. Steep stairs and another big step up to the actual storage room. A very frustrating and difficult self storage experience made worse by poor customer service. Halfway through the contract, i received a message saying they had ncreased the price as the space had been incorrectly measured. Overall, a very poor experience.

Absolutely amazing customer service. From the day of enquiring to moving in. The staff here were phenomenal. The team at Mospace helped with my move and have been extremely helpful with adding shelving and making sure my unit is to my satisfaction.

I used Mospace over the summer. The service was amazing, as was the price and professionalism from Imad. I would highly recommend and use in the future.

They have ads running on Instagram making the customers believe they have available spaces. But when I messaged them, they communication was slow and bad. And then the person speaking to me told me, we have mo spaces, call us after two weeks. Absolutely worst experience. Misleading advertising.

I’ve been looking for a new warehouse for a couple weeks now. I can honestly say Mospace is one of the cleanest I’ve seen and very reasonably priced. My move in was smooth, the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my warehouse was up to the standards I needed. Regular pest control. Plenty of loading space. Aircon. I’m really happy with the service and looking forward to a long term relationship with you!
