Still early days as only the first week of storage but so far so good. The registration process through the app or desktop was quite straightforward so was the document verification. The pricing was explained clearly. If you are unsure about the size unit you need you can have a ‘viewing’ of the unit beforehand without a rental that is quite helpful. Location is good but can get busy during the day due to some local shops, parking can be found in premises for easy loading and unloading. One small issue is that the journey from the road or parking is not totally step free so bear this in mind when storing heavy stuff in this units.

The app doesn’t work support team are off-line descendants an FAQ turn your phone on and off re-download the app. Make sure you Bluetooth on We follow the steps still doesn’t work They promised that a technical team will call. no one calls My friend has been four times for the premises every time the app didn’t work. The support staff were unhelpful they were just copying and paste in the same FAQ even though we’ve already done the steps. Absolutely terrible Business. Terrible support.

Due to space constraints, I needed temporary storage during a family function at my home. SpaceHub had a facility close to my home and I decided to use the same. The entire process is app based and the contract , the ID verification, the payment , opening and closing the gate and your unit as well as contract termination is done via the app. I was pretty impressed with the technology used. SpaceHub is the best storage space in Dubai. Clean, affordable and the easy 24/7 access with the app is gold. The prices could be cheaper. But will book some storage space again with them.

I leased space at Al Karama. The lease process was straightforward. The app is well laid out and easy to use. The warehouse is very clean and well air-conditioned. It is easily accessible via public and private transport.

The air-conditioning stopped for several days in the warehouse, even though it was the middle of summer, and I lost many valuables because of the heat, which rose to over 90 degrees in my box. It was indicated on the website that the place is air-conditioned, which is why I had taken out a subscription. I have not received any compensation or even a refund.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ONE. If you can’t pay in 2 months for having financial issues they will throw your stuff out and never tell you where they are. I lost items worth of many hundreds euros and I got to know that they sold the items, but will not admit it themselves. There were also my personal documents and gym stuff. My expensive suitcase, shoes, bags and all. I don’t know who owns them now but surely if I find them I will ask where did they buy it and will bring police there too. Because most of the items were bought from my home country. Even if you’re offering to pay the amount you couldn’t x 2 they will not accept it. Because they have already sold them all, so they have nothing to give back. So be sure you can pay. I lost my stuff in 2023 because of my ex couldn’t pay his furnitures having financial problems I then lost all my stuff at once there as well. الله‎ will never accept that.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this self storage in Festival City umm ramool. The office person who I had been dealing with arrived at the location 15 minutes late for our scheduled time. The person was rude and unhelpful. We did not know to bring a lock and the location was difficult to access. Steep stairs and another big step up to the actual storage room. A very frustrating and difficult self storage experience made worse by poor customer service. Halfway through the contract, i received a message saying they had ncreased the price as the space had been incorrectly measured. Overall, a very poor experience.

They have ads running on Instagram making the customers believe they have available spaces. But when I messaged them, they communication was slow and bad. And then the person speaking to me told me, we have mo spaces, call us after two weeks. Absolutely worst experience. Misleading advertising.
