Lounge at Address Downtown

Meisy and Rayane ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service at Address Downtown! I keep coming back to Address Downtown, and it's all thanks to two incredible waiters who consistently deliver world-class hospitality. Every single visit, they greet me by name and already have my favorite table ready—the one with the best views, of course. They remember exactly how I like my coffee, my go-to dishes, and even the small details that make all the difference. Their recommendations are always perfect, and they strike that ideal balance of being attentive without ever hovering. What impresses me most is how they anticipate needs before I even voice them. Water refilled at the right moment, timing the courses perfectly, checking in just when needed—these are the marks of true professionals who genuinely care about their guests' experience. Even during peak hours, they make me feel like the priority guest. Their warmth, expertise, and genuine dedication to excellence transform a simple meal into a memorable occasion. Address Downtown is lucky to have such outstanding ambassadors of hospitality. If you're visiting, you're in for a treat—these gentlemen set the gold standard for service in Dubai. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to "Buddhika". His service was excellent throughout our visit — very professional, and always ready to help with a pleasant smile on his face. He made us feel truly welcome and ensured everything was perfect while we were having our meal. His positive attitude and friendly nature added so much to the overall experience. Highly appreciated and definitely deserving of recognition!

Visited this lobby lounge recently and was truly impressed by both the quality of the coffee and the exceptional customer service. The Spanish Latte was perfectly prepared, and the desserts were fresh and delicious. The staff members were polite and attentive, especially Jerlyn, who checked in regularly without being intrusive. Even during busy hours, she remained calm, professional, and attentive to customers. The seating area was clean, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming. Service like this is what makes customers want to return.

Absolutely fantastic afternoon tea. Best dairy free food I've had, hands down in Dubai. Service was impeccable and Mohammed couldnt do enough to make sure our time there was special. Cannot recommend highly enough.
