Coach Santi was amazing every session was fun, engaging, and very informative. The facilities were great as well, and I really enjoyed completing the 3-session coaching package. My only concern is the scheduling and communication. Responses can be very slow, the only time it was fast when they needed another person to complete the group session they message me immediately. But most of the time I often had to follow up multiple times just to get schedule. After finishing my package, I asked to book more sessions and was told someone would contact me, but it’s been over a week with no response. It’s a shame because the coaching itself is excellent, and I even referred two friends. If they improve their scheduling and customer communication, the overall experience would be much better.

Tennis 360 is a great place to learn to play tennis, or to meet like minded people who have an interest in this great game and like to have a hit. The courts are really well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. When booking courts, I have spoken to Greg, who always replies back quickly. Shout out to Mustafa who is my coach twice a week and is giving me never ending pointers on how to improve my game. I have been playing in the socials, and the challenge events, and with my coaching I've noticed some huge improvements in my game. Recommend for anyone who wants to be part of a tennis community.

Amazing place i love everything about it - im a regular there . All their coaches are quite experienced and each has a different style in coaching which is perfect to diversify. Admin staff is super friendly and they always know how to make you feel welcomed. The host nicely managed tournaments and great place to socially connect, play and learn.

Very disappointed with the overall experience. Communication with reception is extremely difficult, they often mix up booking times, seem inattentive, and sometimes don’t respond for days. It makes scheduling unnecessarily stressful. It’s already the end of April, and there are still no indoor courts available, only outdoor ones. With the heat and humidity, this makes playing quite uncomfortable. On top of that, all evening slots are always fully booked, so it’s nearly impossible to find a convenient time. They also always require prepayment to confirm bookings, which would be understandable if the service level matched, but unfortunately, it doesn’t. The coaches are excellent, and honestly that’s the only positive aspect. Unfortunately, everything else falls short. Customer service is basically non-existent.

The courts are quite expensive considering the overall experience — starting with the booking process via WhatsApp and the high rate for an outdoor court. Many tennis courts in Dubai now offer mobile app bookings, are located in central and convenient areas, and charge around 30–35% less. I’m giving two stars for the atmosphere, as it’s a nice place to socialize on weekends or after a game. However, paying a premium price while having to go through a WhatsApp conversation each time — often waiting for a reply only to be told there’s no availability — doesn’t feel like good value for money. If you are a true Tennis player looking for a court to play regularly, I wouldn't advise this one as you will find cheaper and more convenient courts to book. If you looking for a fun time to spend and socialise, with you friends and family, yes you may pay premium for that here. There are other tennis clubs in Dubai that are easier to book and more reasonably priced.
