⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience I ordered two cake display fridges of the same model, only in different sizes, from Al Razana. These fridges were shipped all the way to Africa, so accuracy was extremely important. Unfortunately, I received two completely different fridge models, not what I ordered. When I contacted them to explain the mistake, I was told by the salesman that I should buy another fridge because "it’s not a big difference." This response was very unprofessional and dismissive, especially considering the cost and distance involved in international shipping. When customers place specific orders, they expect to receive exactly what was agreed upon—not be told to accept an error or spend more money to fix it. I am very disappointed with both the product accuracy and the customer service, and I would not recommend this company for international orders unless they improve their order verification and after-sales support.

We had very bad experience with Al Razana. We are from Sri Lanka and we bought an deck oven with steam injection oven worth 12500 aed. In Sri Lanka it was not available. Once we get the oven there was a missing part. The manager Syed said that nothing is missing we don’t know how to fix it. Then we talk to technical manager he said there is a missing part. They don’t even apologize or deliver the item. We sent our friend to pick it from Sajah. To air freight it cost us more than 1000 aed. Then it comes to the worst part. The part they sent was used and tracked. And the funny part is the part is not compatible with the oven. They messed up our new restaurant opening. We bought something with trust. We get it by paying not for free. They are not respecting someone elses hard earned money. Still they are not accepting they did a mistake. We will ho consumer authorities in uae to take actions against this. We are not leaving. They are surely fooling customers and get money for more. Someone has to stop it

One of the worst experiences in Dubai, each equipment comes with a weekly or monthly subscription of fixing and piling up the bills on you. They fixed my fridges above 5 times and kept blaming me for pouring water into the machine. Later on we find out leaking in the system from their low quality builds that’s causing all the damage. Same with my Gas, they fixed it by cutting some wires that will cause damage later in the future or on heavy use, now that it’s out of warranty, they claim I got someone else who did that. Extreme headache.
