Very impressed with Mr Mohammed Tabrez and his assistant Mohammad Ibrahim. They fixed my Miele washing machine. Before they put the panel back they turned the machine on, checked for leaks, gave good advice about plumbing and cleaning, and even asked if we had other Miele appliances that we wanted them to take a look at. Great service, great attention to detail. Their service is as high quality as the brand is.

I’ve been attending the Miele cooking workshops since I got my appliances and I honestly look forward to every single one. Francesca is amazing she explains everything so clearly for people who are still learning how to use their appliances, and she makes it really easy to follow. What I love most is that it’s not just a demo. You actually cook the recipe during the class using the various appliances and then get to eat it, which makes the whole experience really enjoyable and practical at the same time. Francesca is very talented, super friendly, and always patient with every question. She makes you feel comfortable no matter your level. These classes are open even if you’re not a Miele client, which is great. And honestly, after attending them, it really makes you appreciate the appliances even more. My Miele oven has completely changed the way I cook and especially bake. It’s made such a difference for me as someone who bakes often. Overall, I’ve had a really great experience with Miele from the purchase, to the workshops, to the after-sales service. Everything has been smooth and professional whenever I needed help.

Had excellent service from Mohammed Tabrez, service technician in Miele. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Checked and cleaned all appliances thoroughly and gave clear instructions on how to clean etc. He has a very pleasant personality and is eager to help with any issues. Really great staff & easy purchase. I ended up leaving with 2 huge suitcases for our upcoming travel. Love the selection at Jashanmal, I’m a frequent visitor and I don’t think that’s gonna stop. I’d recommend a visit if you’re in need of the right travel equipment. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at the Mall of the Emirates store. I first visited the Abu Dhabi branch to purchase an item, but the color I wanted was out of stock. The staff there advised me to check the Dubai store and informed me that I would receive a 10% discount due to the inconvenience. When I visited the Dubai store, the discount was not honored, and no flexibility was shown despite explaining the situation. This was frustrating and not customer-friendly. The Abu Dhabi team was helpful and solution-oriented, while the Dubai store Mall of the Emirates provided a much less positive experience. I would expect better communication and consistency between branches. Thank you.

Endless iterations and tremendous patience Practical knowledge – they fit kitchens to different use cases. How often we cook, what we cook, how we entertain etc. They’re not afraid to provide new ideas that might work better, and we are grateful for that. Incredible people – they truly become friends, and are vested in the end product. I’m happy to meet Gaby for a meal or drink and chat about stuff. It’s not work or business, and it actually never felt like it right from the beginning Quality product – on-time despite the pandemic, meticulously finished, expertly installed by Julian and Kamlesh. And compared to the other prices in Dubai, very very competitive, and IMHO better quality Turnkey solution – we had our whole house redone, flooring, contractors, bathrooms, windows, kitchen etc. Studio 971 was the only one I never had an issue with. I brought my Instant Pot in for repair. I was never contacted and it took a number of reminder phone calls to be told that it was not repairable. The store manager kindly offered a 20% discount on a new unit which I accepted and paid for, for delivery. Their courier service let them down dismally. Many self-initiated phone calls with assurances that it was on the way culminated in the manager (the one light in the dark) eventually offered to bring me the unit herself if I didn’t receive it that day. It did arrive but only due to my intercepting the courier before he could drop the package at my neighbour’s house. What a poor experience this was. 1 star extra for the manager’s efforts otherwise no stars for the service experience.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience I ordered two cake display fridges of the same model, only in different sizes, from Al Razana. These fridges were shipped all the way to Africa, so accuracy was extremely important. Unfortunately, I received two completely different fridge models, not what I ordered. When I contacted them to explain the mistake, I was told by the salesman that I should buy another fridge because «it’s not a big difference.» This response was very unprofessional and dismissive, especially considering the cost and distance involved in international shipping. When customers place specific orders, they expect to receive exactly what was agreed upon—not be told to accept an error or spend more money to fix it. I am very disappointed with both the product accuracy and the customer service, and I would not recommend this company for international orders unless they improve their order verification and after-sales support.

We had very bad experience with Al Razana. We are from Sri Lanka and we bought an deck oven with steam injection oven worth 12500 aed. In Sri Lanka it was not available. Once we get the oven there was a missing part. The manager Syed said that nothing is missing we don’t know how to fix it. Then we talk to technical manager he said there is a missing part. They don’t even apologize or deliver the item. We sent our friend to pick it from Sajah. To air freight it cost us more than 1000 aed. Then it comes to the worst part. The part they sent was used and tracked. And the funny part is the part is not compatible with the oven. They messed up our new restaurant opening. We bought something with trust. We get it by paying not for free. They are not respecting someone elses hard earned money. Still they are not accepting they did a mistake. We will ho consumer authorities in uae to take actions against this. We are not leaving. They are surely fooling customers and get money for more. Someone has to stop it

One of the worst experiences in Dubai, each equipment comes with a weekly or monthly subscription of fixing and piling up the bills on you. They fixed my fridges above 5 times and kept blaming me for pouring water into the machine. Later on we find out leaking in the system from their low quality builds that’s causing all the damage. Same with my Gas, they fixed it by cutting some wires that will cause damage later in the future or on heavy use, now that it’s out of warranty, they claim I got someone else who did that. Extreme headache.
