Very disappointing service. My bed delivery was scheduled for 3rd March but arrived on 6th March with broken and missing parts. The movers installed only half the bed and promised to return the next day, but no one came. I called several times and sent emails with photos, but there was no solution or update. The call center also had no information. Because of this, I haven’t been able to use my room for days, and till now I have no clue when they will contact me or deliver the remaining parts. Very poor service.

I’ve had a terrible experience with my order online The item was delivered with missing parts, and was left in my house open for a week. I contacted your customer service several times and was repeatedly promised a resolution, however the issue was not fixed each time I called it was like the first time I’m complaining and they promised from that day it will take 4 business days till I reached more than a week This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience, delays, and frustration. I will never order online from here again , this order literally made me suffer and mess up my plans

I bought a dining table from Homebox which was supposed to be six seaters dining table and when they delivered it yo my house with the chairs the table size was smaller than the chairs and the chairs couldn’t fit in the table and since then on 26/1/2026 I raised a complaint to replace the table with a bigger one but no one from the team is caring about the complaint and no one contacted me from their team When I followed up twice with the call center they are mentioning that the complaint was closed and rejected by the team without calling me or informing me about it I am vertigo disappointed how they are treating the customer and I want to replace the dining table I attached photos to proof how the chairs can barely fit in the table and the other two chairs didn’t fit in the table they are remaining outside the table

The most horrible online store service I ever experienced. Changed the day of delivery few times without informing me. On delivery, didn’t deliver all times and I found out during installation. One matress was too big and they refused to take it upon delivery, took the cash and run away. When I checked with online team, they told me I should have cancelled in advance and now I can’t. Honestly, a horrible experience and execution on all the steps. I requested a manager’s call back few times, was totally ignored of course as well.

Visited IKEA Dubai Festival City and it’s exactly what you expect… and then some. Standard IKEA experience. Big, busy, well laid out, does the job. If you’ve been to one, you know the drill. But the food queue? On another level. Queued for nearly 30 minutes, which I’ve never experienced at any IKEA before. It genuinely felt like the entire city had the same lunch plan. To be fair, the food is good value for money. No complaints there. But it’s not that good to justify the wait. Next time, I’d probably skip the food altogether and stick to the furniture run. Bottom line: solid IKEA, just rethink your timing if you’re planning to eat.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with IKEA Dubai. We purchased a brand-new sofa bed (not an As-Is item), along with the matching mattresses, and paid the full price, including IKEA’s delivery and professional assembly service. Within just two months, we opened the sofa bed for the first time to use it as a bed. My husband slept on it, and it collapsed immediately because the wooden frame cracked. This was the very first time the bed function had ever been used. We visited IKEA Customer Service the same day with our invoices, photos, and videos. We explained that we have no children, the sofa was assembled by IKEA’s own team, and it had not been misused. Even the customer service representative was shocked by the way the wood had cracked and told us it appeared to be a manufacturing defect. He opened a case and arranged for an inspection. Two days later, the inspection team visited our home. They were also surprised by the damage. One of the inspectors even told us he had worked for IKEA for 15 years and had never seen wood fail in this way. They verbally confirmed that it did not look like damage caused by misuse or normal wear. However, just two days later, IKEA called us and rejected our claim. We were told the inspection report stated that the damage was due to «customer misuse»—without providing any evidence or explanation. This completely contradicts what the inspection team told us in person. How can a sofa bed that is only two months old, professionally assembled by IKEA, and used as a bed for the very first time be considered «misused»? What concerns me even more is the safety. I am pregnant, and thankfully I was not the one sleeping on it when it collapsed. Had I been using it, the outcome could have been much more serious. A piece of furniture should not fail like this under normal use. I expected much better quality and customer service from a global brand like IKEA. Instead of standing behind their product, they simply blamed the customer without any clear justification. I hope IKEA reviews this case properly and takes responsibility for what appears to be a manufacturing defect rather than dismissing legitimate customer concerns.

As a customer, I expect transparency, consistency, and accountability. Instead, I have spent considerable time chasing updates and still have no resolution. This experience has seriously affected my trust in Homebox, and I would not recommend their products or customer service based on my experience. I urge Homebox management to review this case and provide a fair resolution as soon as possible

I had a terrible experience with this team and their work ethic. Despite many offers being advertised, none of them were actually delivered once they received my payment. They kept the money in their account and provided ridiculous excuses for not fulfilling the delivery. As a result, I have to wait for months without receiving the items I paid for. I had to visit the store daily to beg for the item I purchased. I highly advise against shopping at this store.

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the poor quality of the bedroom furniture I purchased from Home Box, The bedroom set is still under warranty; however, it has developed clear technical and quality-related issues involving the wood, finishing, and overall durability. The furniture is not acceptable for its price, and it does not meet the expected standard of quality for a product sold at this value. I previously contacted your team and arranged for an inspection. Your representatives visited and attempted to repair the issue, despite the fact that the problem appears to be a manufacturing and material-quality defect rather than something that can be resolved through a temporary repair. Since the visit, I have not received any proper update, solution, or clear follow-up from your side. I am also disappointed with the customer service experience. Promises are not being fulfilled, appointments and timelines are not respected, and customers are repeatedly asked to wait «two working days» without receiving a proper response or resolution. This approach is unacceptable, especially for a warranty claim involving furniture purchased at a significant cost. I request an urgent and final resolution to this matter. I expect a proper inspection and a fair solution, including replacement of the defective parts or replacement of the bedroom set if the issue cannot be resolved to an acceptable standard. Please provide me with a clear written response and confirmed action plan ASAP. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities I promise that, it will be the last time to purchase from your company! I have paid a lot of money in your store to not receive such bad quality and poor customer service!!!

Shoe rack is not delivered, citing out of stock.. Customer care picked up our call after multiple iterations and told they cannot be of any help.. I came to simply just checked few items, but most of it were on SALE so I took the chance to fill my basket and shopped. I got an onset AED 30 coupon which I was able to useright away too for the next purchase. I was so grateful because I took advantage of it. The server also volunteered to use my points in Shukran and my freebie really came for free.

Team were not focused while doing the work. They made holes on my floor and are not accepting it is their fault when i showed the same holes on the bed frame. Due to this, bed board is damaged along with my flooring. There are dirty marks around the bed which the installation team shouldhave cleaned after installation. They were non stop talking while doing the job. They made lots of noise during assembly and was afraid they might damage my property and same thing happened. And then they made my house dirty before leaving. Unlike other company, they clean before leaving. Finally, they took my phone to put a forceful 5 star rating after all of this mishap… This is not acceptable for me and anyone would be in my shoe, it would not be acceptable for them also…

Sales manager mohamed has been exceptionally good in handling the delivery in time inspite of difficult hurdles. Anas is an excellent salesman who explained the pros and cons of each product clearly. Homecenter were have your standard gone ? I have been a regular customer of Homecenter since 2010. Purchased a bed in May 2025 and the side rails was broken in December 2025. It took them 3 days to come and take the part and another 3 days to bring it back. Things happen and I was okay. But the same thing happened now in Feb 2026. Called them and the agent was like someone will come in 3 days. Nobody came and I had to call back on the 4the day. Same script someone will come in 3 days. No complaint number or nothing. Team came after 3 days and took the part to fix it again. The quality of the furniture is pathetic and on top the delay in fixing things which is still under warranty. Thank you Homecenter for making me realise that PAN Home is a much better place 🙏

This has been my second worst experience with Home Centre, and it will absolutely be my last. My delivery was booked for Saturday, 28 Feb, between 3–7 PM. The team arrived at 9 PM, well past the allowed time for assembly in my building, so they left three huge boxes in the middle of my room. They promised someone would come Monday morning to assemble everything—no one came. I kept calling the call center, and every time they said, «Someone will contact you within 30 minutes.» No one ever did. Unreliable delivery, and no follow‑up, I won’t be buying from Home Centre again.

Had the best experience ever shopping furniture for my house. Ismeal the interior designer helped me dramatically to decide on furniture pieces around my house. First time I visited which was around 3 weeks ago he was very helpful with ideas and moving furniture around to create a great corner for my husband office. He always response to messages and willing to help and share ideas. Today once again I have visited the store to buy a dining table and he was so proactive, passionate and very helpful. I recently purchased a decorative LED clock from the Home Centre Mirdif branch for AED 160. Initially, I was unsure whether it was worth the price, so I specifically asked the sales staff for their opinion. I was assured that it was a high-quality and durable product, which influenced my decision to go ahead with the purchase. However, within just a few weeks, the LED lights stopped working, despite minimal usage. This was very disappointing, especially considering the price I paid. When I visited customer service to seek assistance, my experience was equally frustrating. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I clearly stated that I was not asking for a refund, but simply wanted the product to be repaired or replaced. Unfortunately, no proper support or solution was provided, and I felt the policies were rigid and not customer-friendly. As a regular and previously satisfied Home Centre customer, this experience has been very disappointing. I feel let down by both the product quality and the after-sales service. Sadly, this has affected my trust in the brand, and I don’t see myself purchasing from Home Centre again anytime soon.

The furniture delivery and installation process was handled very poorly. It felt disorganized and unprofessional, as if no one involved understood how to do the job properly. My issue wasn’t with just one employee or one department, it involved three different people, and the experience was consistently disappointing from start to finish. If I had known this was the level of service I would receive, I would have canceled my order. I genuinely regret making this purchase.

We had the worst experience with home center mirdiff. We bought two expensive mattresses from them one last year and the other one this January 2026. Both times we specifically informed the sales person that we have L4 L5 disc issues and cervical problem and the sales person said that, they have the best mattresses for it. We were somehow managing with the pain and with the mattresses and when we raised the complaints 3 months back NO ACTION AT ALL BY HOME CENTER. We had to complain numerous times and then they informed one mattress is from us and the other is from a third party. Luckily, they came and checked one mattress and informed that it is all fine and we patiently accepted their teams feedback. However, the other mattress which is from their third party their call center which is EXTREMELY non professional they informed that the third party will pick up the mattress and you will get a refund voucher valid for 6 months. It has now been a month no one came to pick the mattress or even called us. We had to personally visit them twice and right now I am sitting right there and they again informed someone will call us. This is so frustrating and exhausting and unprofessional from home center. We want our refund back and I will never ever buy anything from home center again…
