Ordered a Sofa, Cabinet, study table and Shoe rack a week back. Team came in to deliver it today. Could not fix the cabinet, left as is in packed condition citing space limitations.. Shoe rack is not delivered, citing out of stock.. Customer care picked up our call after multiple iterations and told they cannot be of any help.. Asked us to call stores, which we are trying since 3 hours, none are answering.. Yes, Homebox collected the amount in full and kept us in dark throughout which is diligently done..
