I wanted the coffee table to be deliver urgently but their delivery schedules are so far .However the guy who assisted me find a solution and bring the table next day in the showroom so that I can collect. Only he is the reason you get 5 stars otherwise 10 day for delivery?? We are in 21st century guys..

We visited the store on 6 June 2026 to look for living room furniture. The store is well laid out with a great selection of furniture and furnishings. A shout out to Tabitha who really helped us with the selection and ordering of furniture and accessories - she was very courteous and patient and made our shopping a wonderful experience.

I had the best experience in shopping wallah! I’ve never gotten service this good before while table-wear and cutlery shopping. Jay is hands down the best sales person, he was patient with me and helped me very precisely with what I needed and wanted for over 2 hours! I shopped for 36 people dinning.He made sure I got the best deals, I paid around 4,300 when I was supposed to pay over 8,000 dirhams but with all honesty he helped me choose sale and offer items all the way and made sure all the table wear I chose was in top shape.I’m so happy with my purchases and the help, patience, style, and honesty of Jay. I recommend you look for (Jay in Jumeirah) for the best customer service and shopping experience.

The only two amazing employees I love working with here are Omaran and Mazen. Outstanding employees, amazing customer focus and going the extra mile to help the client find what they need Sadly, neither my family or I found the same from all the other employees. I wish the store reaches its potential in the unique items they have with amazing customer focus learning from both. Unran and Mazen. They really helped us and did amazing service to help us pack and ship things safely. This is the reason why I’m giving two stars. This is the reason why I am giving two stars as each one of them represents a well deserved star for this shop. They need to be rewarded by their management.

Had the best experience ever shopping furniture for my house. Ismeal the interior designer helped me dramatically to decide on furniture pieces around my house. First time I visited which was around 3 weeks ago he was very helpful with ideas and moving furniture around to create a great corner for my husband office. He always response to messages and willing to help and share ideas. Today once again I have visited the store to buy a dining table and he was so proactive, passionate and very helpful. I would give him 5 star review. Best customer service ever
