I am extremely disappointed with Homebox’s customer service and after-sales support. My table was found to be damaged, and the inspection team confirmed that it would be replaced. Based on this assurance, I expected the issue to be resolved promptly. However, after multiple follow-up calls with the customer service team, I was informed that the replacement request had been rejected, with no clear explanation provided. It is frustrating and unacceptable to receive one decision from the inspection team and a completely different response from the call center. As a customer, I expect transparency, consistency, and accountability. Instead, I have spent considerable time chasing updates and still have no resolution. This experience has seriously affected my trust in Homebox, and I would not recommend their products or customer service based on my experience. I urge Homebox management to review this case and provide a fair resolution as soon as possible

I had a terrible experience with this team and their work ethic. Despite many offers being advertised, none of them were actually delivered once they received my payment. They kept the money in their account and provided ridiculous excuses for not fulfilling the delivery. As a result, I have to wait for months without receiving the items I paid for. I had to visit the store daily to beg for the item I purchased. I highly advise against shopping at this store.

Home Box has the most amazing prices and all type of items you may need. The staff is super helpful especially Thilakaahi, who will not hesitate to climb on a ladder and get you paintings and prices as well as a cart to carry your purchases!

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the poor quality of the bedroom furniture I purchased from Home Box, The bedroom set is still under warranty; however, it has developed clear technical and quality-related issues involving the wood, finishing, and overall durability. The furniture is not acceptable for its price, and it does not meet the expected standard of quality for a product sold at this value. I previously contacted your team and arranged for an inspection. Your representatives visited and attempted to repair the issue, despite the fact that the problem appears to be a manufacturing and material-quality defect rather than something that can be resolved through a temporary repair. Since the visit, I have not received any proper update, solution, or clear follow-up from your side. I am also disappointed with the customer service experience. Promises are not being fulfilled, appointments and timelines are not respected, and customers are repeatedly asked to wait "two working days" without receiving a proper response or resolution. This approach is unacceptable, especially for a warranty claim involving furniture purchased at a significant cost. I request an urgent and final resolution to this matter. I expect a proper inspection and a fair solution, including replacement of the defective parts or replacement of the bedroom set if the issue cannot be resolved to an acceptable standard. Please provide me with a clear written response and confirmed action plan ASAP. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities I promise that, it will be the last time to purchase from your company! I have paid a lot of money in your store to not receive such bad quality and poor customer service!!!
