Best flooring stores in Dubai: find options near you

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service your company recently provided. I would especially like to thank your salesperson, Mr. Mazen Kingou, for his kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. Additionally, I would like to commend the installation team. Under the coordination of Kavitha, and with Mohith serving as the site foreman, the team was professional, efficient, and provided very fast service. I am very satisfied with the results and will certainly recommend this same team for my next project.

I had truly an excellent experience with FloorWorld and would like to recommend their showrooms to everyone who is looking for high quality products with great selection and multiple choices! Special thanks to Mr.Mazen – Sales Manager ( Arabian Center store) and Technical team – Installation coordinator -Mr Alaa for being always on time, very supportive and helpful. Highly professional team and one of the best shops in Dubai!

Exceptional installation by the floorworld team. Easy to schedule, quick followup and on time arrival of the installation team with professional installation. Thank you to Mazen, Kavita and team T-14 for the amazing work.

Good salesmanship displayed by Waleed. Knew all the technical parameters of the different products and had good suggestions. Good Installation by team T-22 (Mohit) and co-ordination by Kavita. Recommended.

Very good company The work was done professionally and fast And the workers were very helpful and friendly

Thanks alots floor world for your real image and trusted work it’s so unique never to be compair to other work seriously I like it. Floor world team is so active doing job at time and the sales man is very helpful especially Mr. Waleed he is ideal person giving clear image and explanation to all small details realy we trust floor world team.

I ordered full house wooden floor for 2 floors, within a week the work started and finished in 3 days, the crew did amazing job with attention to details, I recommend FloorWorld as it’s staff has professionalism and has best friendly materials you can count on, thanks to Mr Waleed and his team in Arabian Center

Excellent experience from start to finish! The customer service was great , both before and after the installation. I really appreciated being able to take home some samples to help make the right decision. The flooring was beautifully installed, and although there were a few minor issues, the team addressed them right away without any hassle. They also did a thorough clean-up after the job was done, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality flooring and professional service!

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Floor Center Trading LLC. I trusted them with my flooring, but the job was completely rushed and done with zero attention to detail. The quality of the installation is terrible — they didn’t prepare the subfloor properly, and now the floor looks uneven, with visible gaps in several places. Honestly, it feels like they just ruined the materials and my home. I tried reaching out to have them fix it, but their customer support is non-existent. Please double-check everything and think twice before hiring these guys if you actually care about your house

We recently had our home floors upgraded with Floorworld and our experience was nothing short of spectacular! From the onset, Shabu (Sales) understood our requirement and was helpful in guiding and advising us to choose the right solution for us. Once the service was booked, it’s was an absolute delight to be assisted by Kavita in scheduling the installation. She was extremely patient and accommodating while we had multiple changes. Interactions with her were extremely pleasant. The installation was managed by Jitendra and team who were highly skilled, polite, and very efficient. Overall, the experience was great and highly recommended!

Visited the Arabuild building material showroom and had a great experience. Martina from customer support was outstanding—very friendly, helpful, and professional. Excellent Service! Martina is very friendly and professional! Thanks Michael

Worst experience with them.. i did full payment to them in second. 4 people came to do the laminating floor. I didn’t expect their result will be like this.. drop a complain, their person in charge said ohh it’s normal when you do the skirting of course the wall gonna have 20-30% broken. But we don’t fix that because we just do the floor. I said what are you talking about? Imagine you bought a property and these kind of people just think their job is done, so everything is just done like that without even require you to leave signature? This is so irresponsible! I told them they need to fix everything!! They said what they can do is just put silicone on it, i don’t think that is the right way to do… dear Viewer, I’m sure if you see this you will definitely complain!!

It took a long time for our snagging work to be done – it was a very small job, so had to wait for a big job nearby – but Work Team 14, Jitendar in particular, did a stellar job, going above and beyond to make us happy. Top marks.

Floor world was amazing with wide array of panels. Their installation team did the job in a day’s time. Umair guided us in choosing the right flooring for us.

I had the pleasure of working with Nordic Homeworx to install LVT flooring in my bedroom and it was the best decision I made. The floors completely transformed the space and the customer service was unparalleled -from start to finish. Samuel walked me through the whole process with such professionalism and care. Taha, the project manager was very diligent and made sure the work was done to a high standard. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Nordic Homeworx exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Working with them was a truly positive experience—the entire team was professional, skilled, and supportive throughout the process. Their technical expertise and exceptional workmanship have beautifully transformed my home. A special thanks to Zahra, Winston, and the installation team for their dedication and outstanding service.

We recently used Kährs for our home renovation – Oak Paris throughout the staircase and first floor. We were so happy by the amazing customer service, namely Samuel and Marvin and Taha, who delivered an excellent product but more than that, they were professional, accommodating and made sure everything ran smoothly. The best subcontractors used on our project – could not recommend them more. 10 stars!! Taha also ensured to properly hand over himself by showing a demo on how to maintain the floor in the future. We are very happy we chose Kährs! Loubna

We did our house floor with Kahrs some years ago. Some of the floor tiles came with a different shade. Even after years .. I called and they fulfilled the promise – they have changed the tiles and added some more for my kitchen renovation. The team worked hard to make everything possible!! In time and with superb quality. Aline was super helpful and reliable.. great service! Thanks also to Orlando, Ronel, Elmar, Antonieto. Thank you!

Thank for a wonderful Maintenance Training with Madam Shallymar. She detailed all what we need to know for maintaining our wood floor. She answered all our questions in easy way . Our fellow workers understand her very well . Good job

I had a very positive experience with Nordic Homeworx. The team handled the work at my home in a very professional and organized manner, with great attention to detail and quality. Special thanks to the After Care Team – Elmar, Renel, Ronel, and Shallymar for their excellent follow-up, support, and professionalism throughout the process. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend Nordic Homeworx to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service.

We ordered flooring for our home office. Outstanding experience and great quality from the moment we first step in to their showroom this the hand over when they came over for final revision, brought us flowers and a flooring special mop by Kahrs. Marites who was the project manager was smoothly communicating and so proactive, knowledgeable and nice person overall. I felt they really care in first place for clients.

We installed these curtains in our bedroom to reduce the noise coming from the highway, and the difference is truly noticeable, the room has become significantly quieter. Initially, we were considering a 3-layer system, but the team recommended going with the full 5-layer option, and in the end, we’re glad we followed their advice. The only downside was that after installation, the curtains were far from being in a presentable condition. They were quite wrinkled, and I ended up having to steam them myself after the team had left. That was a bit disappointing, as I expected a fully finished result. Another thing that initially concerned me was the adhesive strip in the center that’s used to prevent light from coming through the gap between the curtains. I’m not sure whether a more aesthetically pleasing solution exists, but this detail didn’t look particularly elegant to me. Fortunately, our curtains are light-colored, so it’s barely noticeable. Overall, the curtains do an excellent job of reducing noise and blocking out light, which was exactly what we were looking for

Beautifully designed curtains and very fast making and installation. Huge thank you to Ali who professionally handled the whole set up. We started with sheers and blackout in the bedroom and study. After installation we liked it so much that we also opted for sheers in the living room. Quick and perfectly done. Highly recommend.

Lush Loom has a great selection of fabrics, carpets and shades, most of which were in stock. Good organisation of work teams. Engaging and responsive communications, and responded to all queries. Price was affordable for the great quality of work installed. Thank you Lush Loom.

Highly recommend Lush Loom. I approached them with a concept for an accent wall and it turned out exactly as I wanted – the the panelling , molding frames and walll paper. The team is easy to contact, very responsive and helpful. The assessment visit was immediate and the work started the same week. They have dedicated teams for each job and the finish was of excellent quality.

I recently used Lush Loom for curtains and blinds, and I am very happy with the entire experience. They installed curtains in the bedroom and panel blinds in the living room, and everything was completed professionally and to a very high standard. The whole process, from measurement to installation, was smooth and efficient, and the work was completed within just 3 working days. The pricing was very fair, and the quality of the materials and workmanship exceeded my expectations. Visnu and his team were professional, reliable, and attentive to detail throughout the project. I would highly recommend Lush Loom to anyone looking for quality curtains, blinds, and excellent customer service.

Be Careful, they will hassle you for full payment before installation, then they will stop contacting you . Until now I don’t have my curtain and the one they took for laundry….. Anyway eventually they came and installed , I ordered total blackout and sound proof curtain because of my sleeping disorder. They got me a curtain that is the exact opposite

I was extremely impressed with the service and overall attitude! The team was kind, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making everything perfect. I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience and would highly recommend them!

Absolutely Terrible – Do Not Use This Company! This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. They installed skirting in my property and within less than a year it’s already falling apart and damaged. The workmanship is shockingly bad, the materials feel cheap, and to make matters worse, when I complained, they refused to take any responsibility and tried to blame me instead! This is outrageous. A professional company should stand behind their work, not make excuses and push the fault onto the customer. Their customer service is unhelpful and shows zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and the money — this company is a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Amazing team from the very beginning with Mr Sameer at Oasis Mall shop to the coordination guy, the site inspection one and the installation team. Everybody very helpful and kind. Everything was perfect and smooth. And my new floor looks gorgeous😍!!

Amazing service. They were very flexible and did the job perfectly and on time. Mohsin Ali was the representative with the company who was very helpful the whole way through

We worked with 6 different stakeholders for renovations on a flat we purchased and floorworld topped the list, as the worst company we have worked with. They sent a surveyor to evaluate the floor plan and delayed our installation due to the kitchen not being installed. We requested for an early kitchen installation and they were unable to fit the flooring under the skirting. The team does not speak a word of English and we had to communicate through sign language. They were extremely messy and threw the boxes around the freshly painted walls and couch. We had to repaint the mess they created. The flooring installer lacked the basic skills of matching the floor tiles and now looks crooked, the skirting they installed has 3cm gaps in areas and their solution was to fill it with silicon. To top it off, they haven’t completed the Job in over 15 days and we are still missing skirting under the windows. The customer service promises to answer and schedule the installation and then disappears. I will be placing an official complaint under the consumer rights and this feedback here for other buyers to understand what floorworld promises.

Very professional team it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them. The floor looks amazing. They were on time and so fast. Mohsin Ali the sales guy at oasis center was very supportive and has very good communication skills.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Joanne Ma’am was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us with flooring consultation and planning, explained everything clearly, and guided us through the best options. She responds very quickly, is always available, and truly cares about the project and the client. Thank you for your support and for taking the time to review everything in detail. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and product by Floorworld. Mr Mohsin Ali, Manager Floorworld Oasis Center Branch guided / advised us perfectly as per our requirements. He was available through out the process, from order placement till completion of work. The team who visited for installation was also very professional and finished the job on time.

Excellent product quality, i love the look and the feeling of my floors. Bim and Deen have been very helpful through out the process from sales to installation. I strongly suggest to ask for Deen as installation manager as he is a true problem solver.

I had a renovation project in December 2025, and was very satisfied with the results of the quality and the support. Thanks to Bim from the sales team and Roshan and his team from ops. The team was very cooperative around multiple complex circumstances and the was able to satisfy all my neaty-greaty demands. Thanks a lot to the final specs for the great quality work and effective collaboration.

I really cannot recommend these guys enough. They’ve done a fabulous job with the floor in my apartment. Right from the moment I contacted them Mansoor was so so so helpful and patient answering hunders of my questions always in a timely manner and utmost respect. His work is a fine example of excellent customer service and I’m not exaggerating. I chose SPC flooring and he helped with selecting the right shade, consulted on the best way to do the skirting. There was no delay from his side in anything meaning I didn’t need to chase him (like it happens in so many companies here). The team that was doing the installation was brilliant to. They came on time!!!! Minute to minute! Again doesn’t happen often in Dubai. Everyone from supervisor to the installation crew guys spoke good English which is also refreshing. They were all very presentable, in neat uniforms, very polite and friendly. Explained and showed me everything they were going to do. The only tiny comment I have is that after they were done, there are silicon patches in few places on the floor. Although it’s clear and not visible to the naked eye, I can see them when I vacuum with my laser vacuum cleaner. I just don’t know if these can be removed. Other than that, I would absolutely, 100% recommend these guys!

Happily recommended!! The service provided by Final Specs Flooring LLC was top-notch, from the moment I entered the store to the final delivery and installation of my chosen carpet. They took care of every aspect, the entire process was effortless and enjoyable.

Mr. Mansoor in the showroom was very helpful and gave us many informative details that helped with our choices. Installation team were on time, and finished even before the deadline date.

We got solid wood flooring done in our new kitchen diner in European Oak. It is modern looking, easy to maintain, gives an aesthetic feel, and is very functional for our young family. Very positive experience all around!

I was recommended Final Specs by a friend of mine who had their house done just recently. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they were attentive to my requirements and provided valuable suggestions to enhance the overall look and functionality of the space. The installation team was punctual, efficient, and completed the project within the estimated time. The quality of the product is outstanding, and I highly recommend!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t recommend Momin highly enough for the flooring work he did in our home. From start to finish he was incredibly professional, reliable, and clearly takes real pride in his craft. The quality of the flooring is outstanding – every detail has been finished perfectly and the end result has completely transformed the space. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the care he took while working. He was punctual, tidy, and made sure everything was done properly rather than rushing the job. It’s rare to find someone who combines such skill with such a positive attitude and strong work ethic. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy who delivers beautiful, high-quality flooring, Momin is absolutely the person to call. I’ll definitely be recommending him to friends and using him again for future projects. 🌟 Fantastic work – thank you, Momin!

Khruam was very professional and friendly and repaired the blinds in less than 20 mins . They are working like new and have a guarantee of 2 months . Happy customer

Thank you so much to Malakimran & Shareef for installing our carpet & rugs! They were very professional and quick, we are so happy! Highly recommend.

Great experience with Floor Center Trading LLC! The wall-to-wall carpet installation was done professionally and with great attention to detail. The team was friendly, punctual, and made sure everything was perfectly aligned and clean. The carpet looks amazing and adds a warm, cozy feel to the room. I’m very happy with the service and final result.

I hired Floor Center Trading LLC for flooring work in my home, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The quality of the workmanship did not meet my expectations. The installation was uneven in several areas, and some sections were not properly finished, which has already started to cause issues. Communication during the project was also lacking. Concerns I raised were not addressed properly, and the final result felt rushed. I expected a professional finish, but instead I was left having to consider repairs to fix the problems. Overall, I would recommend carefully reviewing the details and expectations before choosing this company. My experience was not satisfactory.

I had a wonderful experience with their custom-made sheer curtains service. From the very beginning, the team guided me with accurate measurements, helped me choose the perfect fabric, and handled the entire installation seamlessly. One of the best companies, the quality of the curtains are very good and 100% black out comparing to the price they gave and very big variety of colors and materials to choose.

I turned to them for laying the floor, as a result I got a damaged coating and a lot of problems. The work was poorly done irregularities are visible the floor creaks in places the joints are poorly made and look sloppy. It feels like everything was done hastily and without proper professionalism. After the completion of the work the shortcomings have not been eliminated and the comments are not readily responded to. A very unpleasant experience instead of high-quality repairs I received additional expenses and spoiled nerves. I do not recommend contacting this company if quality and responsibility for the result are important to you.

Very professional for vinyl and carpet floors and i like the best thing is all there product comes with warranty! They have done 4 class rooms and 1 sports hall for us and have done great job. If you are looking for professional and experts in flooring work better contact them because they will explain you each everything about floors and there products.

We recently engaged Azeemah Floors for vinyl and carpet flooring work, and the results have been outstanding. The quality of materials and workmanship exceeded our expectations. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Eng. Mr. Fawaz for his exceptional responsiveness and support throughout the project. Super happy with the work done! The AL AZEEMAH team showed up on time, worked professionally, and the flooring finish looks amazing, exactly how I wanted it. Thanks to Mr. Jamal for being so helpful and supportive from start to finish. Really appreciate the effort from the whole team.

Azeemah Floors is my top recommendation for anyone seeking flooring solutions in Dubai. Their vinyl flooring selection is outstanding, and the installation process was smooth and hassle-free. I’m delighted with the durability and beauty of my new floors

This company is the best regarding everything from the one who’s answering the phone to the one who’s installing the vinyl flooring for the place They’re really professional and the materials quality and price is perfect Special thanks for Eng/Mr Salah , Eng/Mr Mohamed / Eng/Mr Abid Eng/Mr Yousaf Eng/Mr Gulfaraz Eng/Mr Abdulsatar Thank you so much all of you did amazing job and I’m really happy to deal with you guys

LVT flooring work for my Dubai project – my experience with them 👌👌👌 Very happy with the LVT flooring work done by Zayaanco. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The team was on time, easy to deal with, and delivered exactly what was discussed. No unnecessary promises or sales talk, just honest work. Good coordination and a solid technical team. Would definitely recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zayaanco did my PVC vinyl (antibacterial homogeneous) flooring work along with Self leveling and it was done very well. I am satisfied with the work and the material quality. We used Medplus vinyl and the project was approved by the ministry, which I’m very happy about. Overall a good experience and I would recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with the flooring work done by this company. The finishing is poor, the alignment is uneven, and the overall quality is far below what was promised. Despite raising concerns, the issues were not properly addressed. This work does not reflect professional standards, and I would not recommend this company to others.

It was a great experience I had with zayaanco flooring company in uae..they have wide varieties of flooring material collection…with highly professional installation team… As per my previous experience they just visited our site with materials and get quoted at the same day where i made an enquiry… and finished the work perfectly the way more than i expected…that was an entirely different experience which I had in my entire life in uae.. great job TEAM ZAYAANCO 🫡

Hey UAE friends, Just wanted to share something from my personal experience that might help someone out there. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled team for your flooring work, I highly recommend this company. I’ve personally worked with them and honestly, it was such a smooth and satisfying experience. They are very straightforward, honest in their business, and deliver exactly what they promise. Right from the first step till the final finishing, everything was done perfectly. What impressed me the most was their technical team—they really know their job, and I actually learned a lot from them just by being around during the process. In a fast-paced construction environment like the UAE, finding such professional and ethical teams is rare. They also offer a wide range of flooring options to suit different needs. Maybe it sounds like I’m overpraising—but once you work with them, you’ll understand why I feel this way. Their dedication, quality, and sincerity really stood out to me. I’ve already recommended them to people I know, and I’ll continue to do so. Also, a big congratulations to them on their new venture in Abu Dhabi. Wishing the team more success and growth ahead!

One of the worst flooring companies I have ever dealt with. From management to the workers who installed the flooring, the entire team was highly unprofessional. They never accept their mistakes and continuously make excuses. After installation, the flooring did not stick properly. Instead of taking responsibility, they claimed the floor was not level and needed self-leveling—even though there were no issues with the surface before installation. There was no damage to the floor prior to their work, yet problems appeared only after they installed the flooring. I contacted them multiple times to come and fix the issue, but they kept avoiding responsibility and giving excuses. Their warranty or guarantee cannot be trusted. Once they receive payment, they no longer care about any problems that arise. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay away. Working with them will only waste your time and money. Absolutely a rubbish company.

Very Good experience from the management and the Operations team. They have strong expertise in the field of Sports flooring, soft and Resinous Flooring systems.
