Extremely disappointing experience. The pickup driver was exceptionally rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect or basic customer service skills. The entire interaction felt careless and unpleasant. It is shocking that a company would allow staff with such poor attitude and communication skills to represent them. If this is the standard of service they provide, I would strongly advise others to look for alternative options. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service at all.

Extremely unprofessional service. I had scheduled a pickup for used clothes on Tuesday and was promised that the collection would happen on Thursday. Since then, the customer service team kept giving fake promises saying the driver would call me or arrive shortly, but nobody ever came. I kept following up multiple times and every time I received the same excuses with no actual action taken. Completely wasted my time and showed very poor coordination and professionalism from the team. Would definitely not recommend based on this experience.

Quick and easy service to get rid of old clothes, looking at some of the reviews I was skeptical, but I had a fantastic experience. I logged my collection on WhatsApp and the next day they came to collect, cash in hand, quick and easy process they even gave me a follow-up call to make sure my items had been collected, which they had. I will definitely be using this service again

Very poor customer service. I placed an order and waited for them to arrive, but no one contacted me or arranged an appointment despite multiple follow-ups on WhatsApp. To save your time and energy, recommend finding another company or simply donating the items instead.

Suppose to pick the item because I am vacating and no one turned up. I placed order 4 days before and no response. I agree everyone celebrates EID but atleast someone should be at the customer service. Pathetic service. Because of their hope, I didn’t approach any other donation group and finally ended up throwing as I didn’t had much time

It’s been one week since i placed my order nobody contacted me everytime i drop a message customer agent says driver will contact you. I had to clear everything and move out urgently . these services are not preferable when you are in rush although i placed my order pick up week ago i am still waiting for them to come collect clothes. what a pathetic initiative.
