Morelli’s Gelato - Dubai Mall

One of the best gelatos I ever had!!! I tried the hazelnut, vanilla, pistachio and Colombian chocolate and they were all so good. Loyce was extremely kind and helpful especially with kids!!! Will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you Loyce!

Stopped by Morelli’s Gelato at Dubai Mall and had their mojitos and green tea — both were excellent! 🌿 The drinks were refreshing, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The ambiance was relaxing, and the service was warm and attentive. A perfect place to take a break and enjoy something cool while shopping! 🍃🍨

Was charged 10 AED for a bottle of water. I know it’s expensive due to it being in a mall, but 10 AED no way!!! The staff were nice and friendly.

I love morellis Gelato and I always dine in using entertainer vouchers however today in dubai mall I informed the waiter I have talabat he said OK then I ordered 2 Sundays to get 1 and 1 free when bill came waiter said it's not working you can get only discount 20% which I don't like to pay then I searched for vouchers I got smiles paid 6 dhs then the bill came with 7 dhs service charges I never paid extra service charges in any restaurants except in hotels which is included in the menu. prices. The waiter informed they started applying this month. I have no issue with food taste but the experience for vouchers and extra charges really not good.

Honestly 44 AED for a mediocre ice cream...avoid the dulce de leche flavor (it's a kind of weird flavor with scent) and the "premium" pistachio is a real scam... tasteless and full of sugar. 4.8???

I think this was the best ice cream I've ever eaten!! Very large portions - one ice cream would easily be enough for 2 people, but I ate a whole one because I couldn't bring myself to leave it there, it was way too good. I got an ice cream with mango, coconut, and vanilla. I really loved the welcome - both the owner and employees were extremely welcoming and smiling, ready to help with anything. I highly recommend them!!! If the universe helps me get back to Dubai, I'll definitely have another delicious ice cream there!! Congratulations on everything you do!!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Had the Sri Lankan Gelato. Tasted really good and the coconut flavor really came out. There are some other interesting flavors to choose from. I highly recommend
