Pinkberry

Jeny ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today I visited Pinkberry at Hills Mall, and I honestly had one of the best customer service experiences because of Jeny. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, professional, and so helpful from the moment I arrived. Her positive energy and beautiful way of treating customers truly made my day special. It’s rare to meet someone who does their job with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. Jeny made me feel comfortable and valued, and because of her amazing service, I will definitely visit Pinkberry every time I come to Hills Mall — especially to see her again. She truly deserves recognition and appreciation for her hard work. Thank you, Jeny, for your beautiful smile and outstanding service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is the best. We visit every time we come to the mall. Today we were served by Luna who was super friendly and gave us lots of helpful info on their deals and using aura point which made the experience even better!

My mom's favorite. She gets excited visiting Dubai because of pinkberry and her eyes lit up whenever we tell her we're going to. Luna's very sweet and patient with us 5. Give her a raise! She's so sweet!

10/10 service from Sophia! So warm and accommodating. Original yogurt with mango & brownie bites will forever be my go-to combo.
