Amazing Italian flavours... Mild and smooth.... Less variety but class... Thanks to Ms Mina for serving us. She's so kind and gentle with a beautiful smile. We wish her all the best.

If you don’t compare it with the ones in Italy, their gelato is above average. However, their coffee is really very good in terms of strength, aroma, and flavor. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, as there is no exact standard for evaluating coffee and tastes may vary from person to person, but they truly serve very good coffee.

Their gelato mocktails are must try. I love the Passion Fruit Twist which Ms. Girlie recommended. Ms. Girlie is very accommodating and makes sure that all is good. Service is top notch. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Such a lovely experience 🤍 The food was genuinely delicious, I tried the salmon avocado, chicken pizza, and finished with dessert, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality in the ingredients. A special thank you to Mae, who was incredibly helpful and dedicated throughout the visit. Her warm and attentive service made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

We visited Massimo's as a group of three and had a fantastic experience. The place is incredibly stylish and has a great atmosphere. We loved the presentation—the coffee served in the custom ceramic cups was excellent, and the smoothies were fresh and delicious. A perfect spot for a high-quality break in the Mall of the Emirates. Highly recommended!

Cute shop. Great staff also. There’s seating with water across from the shop for sandwiches. The hazelnut wasn’t as sweet as I would have liked and they didn’t have cookies and cream or similar. Otherwise easily would have been a 5/5. Still well worth a visit.

I visited Massimo Gelato & Caffè. The seating area is very nice, especially since it’s located right next to Ski Dubai. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. We ordered the avocado toast sandwich, which was good overall. However, the Burrata pizza unfortunately didn’t match the authentic Italian flavor. On the other hand, the coffee and the cake were excellent. Overall, it’s a nice place to sit and relax.
