We had such a wonderful experience celebrating our baby Eli's 2nd birthday at Shake Shack Grill! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. They even greeted our little one with a cheerful birthday greeting, which made the celebration feel extra special. Our baby had an amazing time, and the friendly atmosphere made it a memorable day for our family. A special thank you to Reggie, who provided exceptionally amazing service throughout our visit. He was attentive, kind, and genuinely made sure everything was perfect for us. His warmth and professionalism truly stood out and made our celebration even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for helping us create such beautiful birthday memories. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a family-friendly atmosphere!

We visited Grill shack and ordered the biggest platter on the menu, which included a large selection of grilled meats. The service was genuinely good. The staff were friendly, quick, and attentive throughout our visit, always checking on us and asking if everything was okay. The main issue for us was the meat. We specifically asked for it to be cooked medium, but unfortunately all of it came well done. The different types of meat on the board were quite overcooked and ended up being tough, which was disappointing. The sauces served with it also lacked flavor and did not really add much to the meal. Overall, the place has a lovely setting and the service was very good, but the food itself did not meet our expectations this time. We hope this can improve, because the restaurant has a lot of potential..

We have been there for the second time and were absolutely impressed again! The food is simply amazing — especially the meat, which is of exceptionally high quality. There is a wide selection of meats from different countries, including filet from African beef as well as many other international varieties. Everything was incredibly tender, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. The value for money is outstanding. A special thank you to our waitress Nicole — she was extremely friendly, warm, and very attentive. She gave us excellent advice, took her time with us, and created a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Want some real juicy burgers with professional service, this is the place to eat. We were pleasantly surprised by their burgers. The ingredients seemed fresh and the burgers had that oomph to them..loved every minute spent here. The staff was so professional and helpful would definitely visit again.

Such lovely staff, stunning views of the ice rink and amazing food! Alexander from Kenya made our daughter feel very special for her Birthday! We look forward to coming back 🙂

Overall it was a very solid experience. The grilled meat was well cooked, juicy, and nicely glazed, and the portion size was generous. Fries were crispy and seasoned well, though slightly oily by the end. Service was friendly and efficient despite the mall being busy, and the atmosphere is casual and comfortable—good spot for a quick but satisfying meal while shopping. Not quite perfect, but definitely worth a visit if you’re craving grilled food. Would happily come back and try more from the menu.

Alexander our host was brilliant very happy and charismatic, made us feel very welcome. Cheetos chicken starter and garlic bread were amazing. I had the farmhouse grill and everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. The peach iced tea was the best I have ever had 😍. Highly recommend, will definitely be back next time we are here
