Kamat Vegetarian - Business Bay

Ive been here multiple times..so overall review. Overall I don't remember any dish being remarkable but for a satisfying veg food this is the only option I had during my stay. The tea/coffee was so huge quantity!! I don't remember the cost but that was a lot. Meals -3/5 - taste wise.. tasteless but many varieties offered. Kichidi was good. Dosas were ok ..I won't say best. Service- I had to tell the waiter to get the Andhra masala dosa and not a paper dosa for which they dint even look at my face till the end. So...they kept asking my friend 'sir do you need anything? Sir did you like the food? Sir water? Sir bill? While I paid the bill and I questioned why the dosa is soo thin! I don't know why they felt so bad while I should feel bad for paying such high amount and getting a paper and such service in return.

Absolutely delicious Indian vegetarian food! 🌱✨ Every dish was full of authentic flavors, perfectly spiced, and freshly prepared. The paneer was soft, the curries were rich and comforting, and the naan was served hot and fresh. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better. We stayed in business Bay Area for a couple of days and almost every day we had food there. Being vegetarian this was our go to option. Food was good for Indian travelers like us and variety was really good. Service is quite good, special thanks to Bhavesh who was always kind to our requests.

During my short visit to Dubai, I visited Kamat on a friend’s recommendation. I tried the Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup and Rava Mysore Masala Dosa, which were average in taste. The masala filling was limited in quantity and just okay in flavor. However, the service and staff at the restaurant were good.

The curd rice was so delicious that I finished the entire portion — not a single grain left! Sharing before and after photos as proof. Highly recommended

We a family of 3 came here for dinner today. Saw things very unusual. On a table adjacent to us, came two ladies to hv food. They ate and went away. Both of them didn't used the water glasses. But they ate on that table, and the staff didn't removed those glasses. They were left on the table for the next guest. After seeing this, I doubt on the hygiene of kamat business bay restaurant. A point that will remain in mind that maybe I hv also used such used cutlery table here. STRICTLY TO BE TAKEN CARE OFF.

KamaT - Local brand No angle it's a south Indian Kamath restaurant nor it's taste Yet to champ the original taste of south, just a copy of stuff Goodmplace for a veg option though
