Such an irresponsible logistics team, I have never seen in UAE. They don't even answer the calls. First and last time. Never ever deal with these guys. You will end up in total mess.

Very unprofessional service. Drivers didn’t follow proper procedures, gave the receipt to one of the labor staff without his signature, and left without completing the delivery. When I called the supervisor to ask them to come back, he laughed and said go complain. Last time using this company.

Very poor service lack of management - MR Denish RAK area supervisor has a zero knowledge to solve customer complain. If the compmay has a specific pick up timing at any area they should pre inform the client or give a call one day advance about when the costumer can expect pick up not just randomly call 8:30AM onwards and because of no respond scheduling other day the delivery. Everywhere on the world usually office starting timing is 9AM….. Even this is not the fist time when I am using their service and they can’t even register my details or they can’t see any history, nowadays this is hardly acceptable…. My advise to the senior management of this company to take an effective training and regulation action of the line staff workers cuz seems they have zero knowledge and patience what they are doing…

Their service is good. Gets the parcel delivered with in a day or 2 with reasonable charges. But follow up with the driver is a task. It almost took me 10 calls to numerous people to get the parcel picked up. Service was good earlier but now its detoriating. I used their service for a parcel to be picked up from Al Ain to Dubai.
