Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. They confirmed picking up my order but never delivered it properly, and then continued to fail delivering my business orders. My calls were ignored, and my number was even blocked. The company provided no communication or support whatsoever. This is highly unprofessional behavior and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I have been following up for a pickup for two days with no successful arrangement. Responses, when received, did not provide clear timelines or resolution. Timely pickup is essential for courier services, and unfortunately this experience fell short. I hope the company improves its customer support and operational follow-up.

I had to get a parcel very urgently. Smart express courier services delivered my parcel on the same day from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah. They delivered the parcel on the said time.Really good service from them.

The worst company in the world. You cannot imagine the number of calls I have received and no one answers. They promised me that they will come and get my package and I called them, but no one answers. I advise all people from the bottom of my heart to stay away from these people because they are not trustworthy.

The worst company I have dealt with. Booked a courier for AUH early morning by 10:45 as mentioned by them to book before 12 for same day delivery but no one came for the pickup and now they are giving excuses that we have left for the office and 0 customer service from the office specially SAGAR AND SUHAIL. Will never recommend this company to anyone as they are very very poor in communication 😡 😤 😠

Waste of time and money they promise to deliver same day, but they never do, and the issue is they keep you hanging till the last minute whenever you ask they keep telling you yes shipment on they way now, untill its midnight and you are waiting then no one answers the phone, and they deliver the next day..

Very bad experience. I used their service for the first time and they completely disappointed me. They keep making excuses for a very small COD amount (only 130 AED). First they said the payment will be deposited on Monday, then they said cash will come from someone else, and now they claim their account is frozen. This is unprofessional and feels like a scam. I do not recommend their service to anyone. Very unreliable and dishonest.
