Rightway Express Courier Services LLC

I am always respectful, especially toward courier staff, and I understand they may be tired. However, in this case, the delivery guy Bibek was aggressive and unprofessional. I waited since morning for my COD parcel and received a wrong parcel after 9:30 PM. My calls were cancelled twice. Out of frustration, I told him to take the parcel back or I would report the issue to his company. Instead of resolving the problem, he told me to report him and said he would not deliver to me next time. I expected calm, respectful, and professional handling, especially since the mistake was not on my side. I hope the company improves its customer handling and service quality.

Delivery was very fast and reliable. Ashif went the extra mile by delivering my items the next day even though it was already late in the evening. Really appreciate the effort and dedication. Good job, thank you!

Very fast delivery, they handle my parcel very nice and the courier Mr. Ashif is very nice and friendly! Keep up the great service.

The best courier service providers ever. They deliver on time and call you to confirm the location before delivery 👌

This courier’s delivery service is very slow. My order was only supposed to be delivered from Ajman to Abu Dhabi, which should normally take just 1 day, but it took 3 days. All my details, contact number, and WhatsApp were already included in the address, but the delivery was still very slow.

I had a great experience with RIGHTWAY Courier Service. The team was punctual, the tracking was accurate, and the delivery arrived safely before the expected time. Their customer support is also very responsive. Truly a trustworthy courier service!
