The wrong lock was installed, and despite paying in cash I received no follow-up. I called within 15 minutes of realizing it was the wrong lock and then repeatedly over the next ten days but there was no response. The company only called me 30 mins after I posted this review, by which time I had already paid another locksmith 500 AED to fix the issue. Appreciate the offers but now I am living in a different city. Thanks.

Unlike the other people that have lived working with Elias, our experience was terrible, start to finish. He arrived, and spoke rudely to the other technician immediately on arriving. The spoke rudely to the person who was stuck inside the room. Like obnoxious levels of rudeness. Then when the work is done and we addressed his rude behavior, he started shouting. Maybe he was just havjng a bad day, but Overall a nightmare. I even tried to calm him down, but he seemed to sit on a high horse and just kept shouting. At my friend. In front of his 11 year old daughter. Ridiculous! And talking about the work he did, he just bashed the door in. We had a similar issue on another door in the house and the technician that came opened the door, made sure there were no marks or scratches. This one spoke rudely and had totally ruined the door. And in the end, left a mess on the floor too. I wish him the best. I'll never work with him again. And recommend others to ask him if he's in a good mood, before asking him to come over. Cause he had temper issues.
